We really wanted to like this place but unfortunately our experience was just okay. Our host wasn't as hospitable as we thought he would be, he didn't explain slowly and clearly on how to use the helmet. I felt like he was just rushing us in to the fake spaceship. Before we boarded my helmet went blank and when I asked him about it he seemed annoyed. After 30 minutes into the experience the helmet felt uncomfortable like it was too heavy on my head, I wish it was lighter and with more glitches along the way and feeling light headed by the end. It was a cool experience but it's something I wouldn't do again.

Really neat technology. The experience is an hour and it flies by quickly. While we discovered futuristic worlds, moved through different levels and areas of a space craft, walked up winding walls, it was humorous to see that we were just in a small room with some guard rails at the end of it. The coolest thing for me was the microphone and photo capturing abilities by the click of a non-existent device or button on our actual wrists. Four stars as the experience really did fly by, and while cool as is, I just wanted more! Also, the technology can glitch.

Checking in. We enter our names here (for identifying purposes to others when you're in the vr world)

Helpful tip for those with long hair - wear it down. No buns or high ponytails since the vr set will not be able to fit properly unless you undo your hair. Also, a Velcro strap goes lengthwise on the top of your head to help alleviate the weight/pressure of it from your face. I took my daughter here for a field trip yesterday and it ended up being such a cool experience for both of us. The whole place has a very futuristic feel (as that is the theme after all, haha!) and the VR itself was surprisingly calm and easy to get into. I was worried about possible nausea from certain effects, but I was fine and so was my daughter, and I didn't hear of anyone else having negative side effects. The headset was comfortable and I liked that there is a Velcro strap that goes across the top of your head so it takes some of the pressure and weight off your face. It also looked like the equipment goes through a disinfecting process after each use, which I appreciated. There is a lot to explore during the VR journey and little achievements to complete along the way and it kept it interesting and a little more interactive. In the vr world, if you raise your left wrist, you'll see an option to be able to talk through the microphone so others that are in your group can hear you. But, it can be loud. I just moved the headphones off my ears a bit when whoever was speaking was loud. And if you lift your right wrist, you'll see options on taking pictures. Those get emailed to you/whatever email you enter when checking in. One thing I wish was a bit better, is how the names show up. You only see them when you are close to someone, and since everyone appears in the same kind of robotic suit, it can be hard to tell who is who from a distance. The visuals were really impressive and the overall experience was very entertaining. What stood out to me the most was how relaxing it felt to just walk around in the virtual world they created. It was a little cool inside. I tend to run cold (my average temperature has always been 97.6 °F) and I can get cold easily. I was wearing shorts and a shirt, so my hands really cold to the touch. I just would have been more comfortable with a light jacket. On the way out there is a gift shop with some fun merchandise and decor, which was nice to look through at the end. Overall it was a unique experience and definitely something different to try.

This was an amazing, immersive virtual reality experience! If you are a fan of sci-fi, grab a couple likeminded friends and explore the base established to colonize a new star system after waking from your cryo sleep. Two thumbs up, can't wait until the next installment is available!

Omg, this was super fun. My wife and I went not knowing what to expect and frankly with low expectations because other VR stuff we'd done had been disappointing. But, we were totally blown away. The whole experience was super immersive, beautiful, and fun. We were kind of shocked seeing what the actual space looked like at the end. A couple tips... Your wrist camera only takes 30 photos, before it no longer works, so make them count. The silver glyphs are little shining lights that show up like 20-30 feet away. To get them reach out your hand and they will come to you. I am near sighted and wore my glasses the whole time inside my headset and it worked fine. It just pushed them against my face a bit. To talk into your left wrist communicator, put your hand straight in front of you first, then bring the left wrist to your face, so the headset can see it. Use the hand rails if you get disoriented. They are where they appear. Be a little careful sitting in the chair on your return shuttle. The physical chair is bigger than it appears in your headset. Highly recommend checking out!

IAloha all! If you're into Virtual Reality like I am, this experience will pique your interest For newcomers to Virtual Reality, you may want to be sure you have good balance and you're not claustrophobic. This adventure into a virtual world will last approximately 1 hour. We bagan out journey in a group of six. We're were told that our group color would be orange and if we saw any other visitors in blue, they were from other groups Unfortunately, as our group moved through the story, their colors went from orange to blue which confused participants.. I believe the headsets they were using were Quest 3-S units. If that is true, I hope that they upgrade to Quest 3 units. Make sure to get a good fit when donning the headset for the clearest viewing resolution. I don't want to share too much information, but I had a fun experience. Always stay with your virtual companion, they will guide you through the story and lead you to the handrails to give you stability. I think the creators, Felix and Paul, did a great job, but some tweaking could be done to improve this one of a kind experience.. Especially the handrails that occasionally take time to load. It's important, especially for folks who still don't have their "VR legs". Overall, this was a great experience for me and I hope they work on additional adventures .

This is a cool VR experience. The whole thing lasted about an hour or more. The staff were nice. They did a great job explaining how to use the headset and making sure all our headsets weren't malfunctioning. The story is about traveling to a new planet. We can interact with things we see on the way. You can use the microphone to talk to your party. It also has a camera feature for you to use. You can take pictures and selfies of everything. They would load up the pictures you took during the experience to your account. The maximum number of pictures you can take is 30. You need to use it wisely because it won't let you take pictures after it reaches 30. They have handrails everywhere, so if you get motion sickness or dizzy. You can hold on to the rail to walk. Your teammate is the same color as you. You will know who is your teammate and who is not. It is a fun experience for us. It would be fun for people who have never tried a VR experience. I hope they have more different adventures in the future.

Absolutely in my top things to do in Vegas (if you are into VR or artsy stuff/experiences). My partner surprised me with a trip to Interstellar Arc, and it is one of my all-time favorite experiences I've had in almost 20 years of living in Las Vegas. I was not told what we were doing, so everything was a total surprise. Upon entrance, we scanned our tickets and were escorted to an area to fit our VR headsets. We were then taken to our "flight". I don't want to give anything away in my review, so I won't much detail. It was absolutely mind blowing and very immersive. The staff was exceptional in making sure our equipment worked and we were safe as we explored our virtual world. They were also very informative when we asked questions. We were told that the company is developing new arcs to the storyline and will be making changes to expand on the experience in the future. 100% recommend!

This was my first VR experience and everyone in my group had a ton of fun with it. Even if you have a VR set at home, it's unlikely you will have the space to match the scale of what they're doing here. Tickets are very reasonably priced especially if you take advantage of the bundle-and-save option with at least 4 people. Only downside is the messy entry which may be growing pains for how new the experience is. We purchased tickets online from their website but never got an email confirmation. We showed up for our 3:30PM tickets which they were able to locate in their system, but said they were running behind by about 15 minutes. After checking back in with them several times, we ultimately did not start our experience until 4PM. They did not notify us that bags had to be stored which wasted some more time after that. The experience itself lasted about an hour long although that includes about 10-15 minutes of the staff explaining how everything will work.

    Nick P.

This was the main reason why I bought the level 2 access pass. It's located in another building from the main Area 15 building. I like that you're able to walk around and you can see who is part of your group (it shows the name). I wished that they told you I had a limited amount of pictures to take because I could have taken better pictures. I believe 30 is your max. The whole experience is about an hour. You'll get access to those pictures afterwards, it's sent to your email. Maybe in the future they can add more action oriented VR as part of the experience or expand on more themes.

What a wonderful immersive experience we had at Interstellar Arc. We didn't know what to expect, but we were truly impressed by how well everything was organized and thoughtfully designed for everyone to enjoy. The journey was surprisingly emotional and really makes you pause and reflect. It's a powerful reminder that if we don't take care of Mother Earth, we may one day have to search for another planet to survive. Highly recommend this experience!

I REALLY wanted to love this, but I had a mixed experience. Loved the idea in the new part of Area15. Entrance is easy to find and the decor in the waiting room really got you into the storyline. We came a little later in the evening, so crowds were thin - our total group came out to about 9 people (a group of 4, a group of 3, and my group of 2) who entered together. The headsets were interesting - I can see how some people may get disoriented but I appreciate the handrails (more on that later). The headset did fall a little heavy on my head, so I had to tighten the straps so it wouldn't fall down. That being said, after some time wearing the headset pretty tight, they did get a little uncomfortable. I thought the storyline and the AR was well done, though there are still some bugs (my whole team looked like they were contorting in weird ways). I liked the ability to take photos within the game and retrieve them for free after the experience. I loved the different scenery and the guidance (the spirit guide and the arrows) to help navigate around. Ok, here are my challenges with this experience: there was a handrail that was NOT depicted in the AR headset. Thankfully my partner warned me when he ran into it, but I feel like that is pretty dangerous to not see an obstacle while wearing the headset. Additionally, what REALLY got me bummed was that we were not told that we had a limited amount of time to experience and explore, so we were very disappointed when it just abruptly made us exit to the final scene... we barely only got to explore half. There's badges and orbs they tell you to collect, but they don't mention to do it quickly. For the price paid, it felt like we were not adequately informed to experience Interstellar Arc to its maximum potential. I kind of wish there was some sort of a countdown timer in your visual space. Also, in the experience, your teammates have a certain color and everyone else has a different color suit. I wasn't able to see my partner (he looked like he was in a blue suit, but he had to be close within arm's range for me to see that it was him). The microphones to communicate to each other were not effective - there was a long delay and I could hear him just through the "soundproof" headset. Overall, though a unique experience and a nice addition to Area15, I feel like the experience has a ton of potential but I'm bummed I didn't get to experience the whole thing. I don't know if I would pay the steep price to do it again just to finish the 2nd half, but without exploring everywhere, the storyline seemed a little incomplete.

Interstellar Arc is one of the most thoughtfully produced immersive experiences I've encountered in Las Vegas. Without giving too much away, you strap on your VR headset and board a starship headed toward the next era of human evolution and discovery. From there, you move through a series of beautifully designed vignettes exploring humanity's journey into the stars. Each moment feels intentional, visually compelling, emotionally resonant, and surprisingly reflective. The entire experience took us about an hour from boarding to landing at our final destination, but what I appreciated most was that it's self paced. You're free to linger, take it in, and move forward when you're ready. There's no sense of being rushed, which makes the storytelling land even more deeply. While on board, you also have the ability to chat with members of your group and take photos throughout the experience. Both features are activated by interacting with icons on your left or right wrist, which feels seamlessly integrated into the world. It's a fun and thoughtful way to encourage interaction without pulling you out of the moment. I left feeling genuinely hopeful about the human condition and our pursuit of the impossible. In a city known for spectacle, this stands out as something more meaningful. If you're looking for immersive entertainment that's both well crafted and thought provoking, this is absolutely worth your time.

We have VR headsets at home, so it's nothing new, but these interactive games brought it to a new level. This Sandbox VR was located in the Miracle Mile. For a pro-tip, park in the garage and head to the right. The service was great, they walked us through the whole thing, from signing waivers, taking our Squid Games Contestant pics and virtual avatars, getting geared up (which was cool, it involves sensors on ALL your limbs, plus the haptic chest piece), and getting started. The gameplay was fun. The games weren't EXACTLY like the show, like red light green light involved grabbing coins and depositing them into the bank. I was sad they took out the glass bridge game (for safety reasons, I guess too many people were falling). Overall though, each one of us had a blast playing and left with smiles on our faces. The best part is that they send you short clips and recaps of your gameplay, showcasing both IRL and in-game footage, so we got to laugh and relive the fun again! Pricey, but worth the experience. I think stranger things might be the next one we try! Highly recommend!

Biggest issue for me was the equipment. Vests with broken straps, busted zippers, delayed start due to issues, pause mid game for headset issues, poor gun and body tracking, it just pulled you right back out of the experience as you got frustrated with poorly implemented tech. They said they were waiting for new equipment and apologized for the condition of the equipment, but come on, plan ahead. After paying, you fill out the waiver forms on a tablet, secure your stuff in the complimentary school type lockers and you're ready to go. The pre-game screening shows you what to expect from your VR headset and weapon. Afterwards you enter the room and they load up your headset, vest with your VR Rifle attached. The equipment was comfortable, functional and I didn't have any issues. The Warhammer 40K game was 30 minutes long and it was Fantastic. Let me give a brief summary of Warhammer 40K: Imagine the darkest, most over-the-top sci-fi you can think of, then dial it up to eleven. That's 40k. It's set in the far future, like 40,000 years from now, and humanity is basically fighting for its life against everything. The galaxy is just one giant, brutal warzone. The core of it, revolves around the Space Marines. They're genetically engineered, surgically enhanced super-soldiers. They're basically humanity's ultimate weapon, created by the Emperor of Mankind. You and your team play as Space Marines on a mission that got me sweaty by the end of the game. The visual really played on my senses as my fear of heights in this virtual world was kicking in. The aliens that were swarming us kept the heart rate moving and the boss alien we had to battle was a blast. $50 (all in price) per person is probably the most I'd pay for this experience. At the end, you get the final game standings emailed to you along with a 30 second video clip that shows a side by side of what you were seeing in the game vs you in the actual world. Very cool and something to post on your IG story. We'll swing by here again if we come across games that really call to us like Warhammer 40K. Enjoy!

We didn't have reservations. I know not a good thing in Vegas. We were there for my buddy's Birthday. When we got there the clerk said that there was a game starting in 15 minutes but the people who reserved it was for the robot game and not the zombie one. We were disappointed but since we were here we decided to play. We stepped away and came back. The other worker waived us into the room and explained that the group didn't make it and we would be playing the Outbreak game. What luck. He went over a training video on the VR items and how to use the weapons. Then we were lead into the gaming room. It was a large room almost like a warehouse size. SO we had all this area to move around in. The VR headset was tricky lining up at least for me. If you didn't have it square on your eyes it wouldn't be in focus. I finally got it on correctly. The gun can be used as a shotgun or an assault rifle. I stuck with the latter. Reloading was automatic which was good and bad. It was slow but you could press the reload button on the bottom of the rifle. Hard to get used to but quicker. It was really neat. When you got close to a wall or a person a wall of red triangles popped up so you know to move away. The game was a story and easy to follow. It was weird doing VR. It looked like you had to climb a pipe and possibly fall. The guy had to tell us through the headset that you are still on a flat floor and to remember that to move through the obstacles. I had so much fun and I didn't time it but seamed pretty long of a game. I would love to do this again. Definitely make reservations. A must.

SERVICE: The employee was super welcoming and guided us through the waiver and sign in process, took our pictures for our game profiles, and gave us clear directions on where to go once we headed upstairs. Once upstairs we were met by another employee who gave us the rundown and helped us suit up. GAMEPLAY: Once we were suited up, the games got started. We have VR headsets at home so the immersion was familiar, but the sounds and the wind added to the feel as well. I won't spoil the games, but it was so fun! AFTERWARDS: Once we were done and took off the VR components, we headed back downstairs thinking we were done - but they showed us three videos that were highlight reels from our time, mixed between what we looked like IRL and from within the gameplay itself - so cool! The best part was that they send you an email that has the link to all the videos, so we got to share it with our friends and family. CONCLUSION: Definitely on the slightly pricier side at $60 a person, but well worth it for the experience and immersion! The game was fun, engaging, and not too scary (worst part were the 'drops' from falling, and definitely not as scary as some of the shooter/zombie games, but with an 11 year-old with us, we didn't want to go too scary. Great for locals and visitors alike, and this location made parking, finding the business, and overall experience well worth it!

The host was friendly, informative and cool guy, no issues. Upstairs we got briefed for our mission and equipment usage. This is my 2nd VR experience. So I was hoping for it to be similar or enhanced. I saw there was about 4 rooms, fairly open, but the main thing was there wasn't anything blocking the sound from the other room. So you can hear screams and yells from the room, meh, not a fan of that. Mel, helped us get prepped about what to expect, super helpful. As we got calibrated, Mel was talking to use through the headset, you can hear the folks screaming in the background. The graphics were ok, I would compare to a PS3. They did make elements of realism like audio and wind elements. You could see below through goggles because there was a gap. We did the Catalyst game mode, where you have a a stick like controller, to use your telekinesis powers. Im surprised there wasn't a wrist strap, I wonder how many times people have toss it? The gameplay was pretty fun, you have various hand motions and gestures. You have to duck, dodge and strafe. So wear comfortable sneakers! The audio kept going in and out, which kinda ruined the experience. I'm saying, if I'm paying for $60 for about 30-40 mins, it better be a positive experience! At the end, you will get out of breath, so head over to the ABC store for a cool beverage. The plus side, was that you get to download your experience video for free! Also you get a 20% off your next experience. The one I went to was in a big corridor where we actually had to move around, dark, and you were an actually afraid to move around. So overall, would I come back? I guess so, because of that discount.

The first one was very glitchy (wouldn't center in the headset, hydraulics stopped midway), so the girl added an additional ride. My husband got motion sick lol, but my son loved it. I hopped on when my husband hopped off, and the headset was not in focus (I had to hold it over my nose practically). All in all, it just seemed like these sets have seen better days.

She had pulled my wife to the side and was whispering and trying to just have a conversation with her since she felt she could get money out of her... Well while whispering prices she says she would do 2 vr rides for $20 for my 5yo daughter.Great I hear that and say that's fine we will do the "$20" ride. Well after Katherine takes my wife to the side to charge her to start off she charges her $38.99 and never mentioned no refunds just charged the card! I don't realize this because I'm thinking it's $20 but after the first ride my 5yo gets motion sickness so she only does one ride and gets off... I would have been fine paying the $20 but no I come to find out they are charging a whole different amount than what was talked about. This place is a scam and I hope Katherine gets fired and if it's a family business situation watch out! I spoke to one of the workers and the person even said they have seen 3 other situations that were similar just happen in the last month!! This hasn't been the first and last time they will do this so be careful and before they charge if you are still willing to do the rides make sure the charge is what was told!!!
