Amazing place. Great VR experience. Had so much fun. Not a deal breaker but they didn't take cash only plastic. Was a turn off but overall nice place. Great service!

Place is spacious and clean. Had a decent time. However the overall excitement in the VR game was not so good. I want to come to a VR place and feel I can get a better experience than my PlayStation . I did the zombie wave game. When I came in a couple was doing the rollercoaster one. They didn't look so pleased. But I wish I could try all of them because it is priced decent for its area in Vegas. And until that point I was willing to try the other ones in the future if I ever bring a date when I'm in Vegas. What stopped that thought was the staff when I left. They guy who help us in the zombie game was cool and clear with directions. However, walking past the door, there were two other staff members at the front desk on their phones and didn't even acknowledge us until we said something (goodbye! Thanks !). I understand that waiting for costumers is boring, and we all naturally are on our phones, but come on...we were the only ones there. 2 points for being clean and the guy who helped us during the game.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST! STAY AWAY!! Also, NO videos allowed here! Also.. the owner is a greedy money hungry tard who takes away fun memories :( unfortunate... This place uses cheap cell phone VR goggles. These are basically the same ones you can get for $10 google cardboard goggles and use your iphone. They DON'T have oculus here... Oculus is the BEST VR but obviously super expensive, so not something this place can't afford. The goggles they use are AWFUL, the pictures were very blurry and you could see the black outline of the goggles the entire time. The games are slow, blurry, and boring.. I was seriously getting bored and wanted the game to end sooner... I've used many VR goggles and these were the worst I've ever used. And the most annoying part is they don't allow videos. So we spent $100 and weren't able to take any videos.. WTF! If the owner was smart they would want videos taken so people would post on social media and show how fun it was... this would bring more people in. But of course the owner is greedy and charges $15 for the videos... WHO DOES THAT?! Esp after someone spends $100!!! TOTAL RIP OFF! I've been to other VR places.. it was cheaper and they let us take as many videos as we wanted.. was nice to have memories of this. Also, I came with my mother and I don't get to spend a lot of time with her.. I wanted to take some videos for memories before I loose her but they wouldn't allow it... how sad :( Never coming back here and hope they close down.

Treated the kids to the roller coaster adventure and they LOVED it. It was fun watching their reactions! My cousin and I also did the roller coaster adventure (I was surprised that I actually felt a little nauseous) and I also did the superhero one while my cousin did the haunted house one. The superhero one was fun, but it was more fun watching my cousin jump and scream during his adventure. All the kids were laughing and enjoyed watching him, too! The staff were super nice, helpful and accommodating since there were 8 of us altogether.

We tried to get in on Saturday March 31st several times but the business was closed. First at 11am them at 4pm: nothing. We called them too, but nobody answered the phone and there was no voice mail. They are running a Groupon, so l am warning readers to not buy their Groupon nor any type of deals because this business is closed during normal business hours.

We have VR headsets at home, so it's nothing new, but these interactive games brought it to a new level. This Sandbox VR was located in the Miracle Mile. For a pro-tip, park in the garage and head to the right. The service was great, they walked us through the whole thing, from signing waivers, taking our Squid Games Contestant pics and virtual avatars, getting geared up (which was cool, it involves sensors on ALL your limbs, plus the haptic chest piece), and getting started. The gameplay was fun. The games weren't EXACTLY like the show, like red light green light involved grabbing coins and depositing them into the bank. I was sad they took out the glass bridge game (for safety reasons, I guess too many people were falling). Overall though, each one of us had a blast playing and left with smiles on our faces. The best part is that they send you short clips and recaps of your gameplay, showcasing both IRL and in-game footage, so we got to laugh and relive the fun again! Pricey, but worth the experience. I think stranger things might be the next one we try! Highly recommend!

Biggest issue for me was the equipment. Vests with broken straps, busted zippers, delayed start due to issues, pause mid game for headset issues, poor gun and body tracking, it just pulled you right back out of the experience as you got frustrated with poorly implemented tech. They said they were waiting for new equipment and apologized for the condition of the equipment, but come on, plan ahead. You shouldn't wait until every vest in the room is busted to start ordering new equipment. Would not go back... and if I did, I'd ask to see the equipment first.

After paying, you fill out the waiver forms on a tablet, secure your stuff in the complimentary school type lockers and you're ready to go. The pre-game screening shows you what to expect from your VR headset and weapon. Afterwards you enter the room and they load up your headset, vest with your VR Rifle attached. The equipment was comfortable, functional and I didn't have any issues. The Warhammer 40K game was 30 minutes long and it was Fantastic. Let me give a brief summary of Warhammer 40K: Imagine the darkest, most over-the-top sci-fi you can think of, then dial it up to eleven. That's 40k. It's set in the far future, like 40,000 years from now, and humanity is basically fighting for its life against everything. The galaxy is just one giant, brutal warzone. The core of it, revolves around the Space Marines. They're genetically engineered, surgically enhanced super-soldiers. They're basically humanity's ultimate weapon, created by the Emperor of Mankind. You and your team play as Space Marines on a mission that got me sweaty by the end of the game. The visual really played on my senses as my fear of heights in this virtual world was kicking in. The aliens that were swarming us kept the heart rate moving and the boss alien we had to battle was a blast. $50 (all in price) per person is probably the most I'd pay for this experience. At the end, you get the final game standings emailed to you along with a 30 second video clip that shows a side by side of what you were seeing in the game vs you in the actual world. Very cool and something to post on your IG story. We'll swing by here again if we come across games that really call to us like Warhammer 40K. Enjoy!

We didn't have reservations. I know not a good thing in Vegas. We were there for my buddy's Birthday. When we got there the clerk said that there was a game starting in 15 minutes but the people who reserved it was for the robot game and not the zombie one. We were disappointed but since we were here we decided to play. We stepped away and came back. The other worker waived us into the room and explained that the group didn't make it and we would be playing the Outbreak game. What luck. He went over a training video on the VR items and how to use the weapons. Then we were lead into the gaming room. It was a large room almost like a warehouse size. SO we had all this area to move around in. The VR headset was tricky lining up at least for me. If you didn't have it square on your eyes it wouldn't be in focus. I finally got it on correctly. The gun can be used as a shotgun or an assault rifle. I stuck with the latter. Reloading was automatic which was good and bad. It was slow but you could press the reload button on the bottom of the rifle. Hard to get used to but quicker. It was really neat. When you got close to a wall or a person a wall of red triangles popped up so you know to move away. The game was a story and easy to follow. It was weird doing VR. It looked like you had to climb a pipe and possibly fall. The guy had to tell us through the headset that you are still on a flat floor and to remember that to move through the obstacles. I had so much fun and I didn't time it but seamed pretty long of a game. I would love to do this again. Definitely make reservations. A must.

Both the adults and kids had a ton of fun with the game, and we all definitely want to come back to try the other games! LOCATION: This Sandbox VR was located within the Miracle Mile by Planet Hollywood. We parked in the main garage, and it was a very short walk to find the actual business (head to the right from the garage entrance), which was fortunate because we didn't know where in the Miracle Mile shops it was. The storefront was super easy to find, and there was a Squid Game worker mannequin out front, so the vibes were already there. SERVICE: The employee was super welcoming and guided us through the waiver and sign in process, took our pictures for our game profiles, and gave us clear directions on where to go once we headed upstairs. Once upstairs we were met by another employee who gave us the rundown and helped us suit up. GAMEPLAY: Once we were suited up, the games got started. We have VR headsets at home so the immersion was familiar, but the sounds and the wind added to the feel as well. I won't spoil the games, but it was so fun! AFTERWARDS: Once we were done and took off the VR components, we headed back downstairs thinking we were done - but they showed us three videos that were highlight reels from our time, mixed between what we looked like IRL and from within the gameplay itself - so cool! The best part was that they send you an email that has the link to all the videos, so we got to share it with our friends and family. CONCLUSION: Definitely on the slightly pricier side at $60 a person, but well worth it for the experience and immersion! The game was fun, engaging, and not too scary (worst part were the 'drops' from falling, and definitely not as scary as some of the shooter/zombie games, but with an 11 year-old with us, we didn't want to go too scary. Great for locals and visitors alike, and this location made parking, finding the business, and overall experience well worth it!

The host was friendly, informative and cool guy, no issues. Upstairs we got briefed for our mission and equipment usage. This is my 2nd VR experience. So I was hoping for it to be similar or enhanced. I saw there was about 4 rooms, fairly open, but the main thing was there wasn't anything blocking the sound from the other room. So you can hear screams and yells from the room, meh, not a fan of that. Mel, helped us get prepped about what to expect, super helpful. As we got calibrated, Mel was talking to use through the headset, you can hear the folks screaming in the background. The graphics were ok, I would compare to a PS3. They did make elements of realism like audio and wind elements. You could see below through goggles because there was a gap. We did the Catalyst game mode, where you have a a stick like controller, to use your telekinesis powers. Im surprised there wasn't a wrist strap, I wonder how many times people have toss it? The gameplay was pretty fun, you have various hand motions and gestures. You have to duck, dodge and strafe. So wear comfortable sneakers! The audio kept going in and out, which kinda ruined the experience. I'm saying, if I'm paying for $60 for about 30-40 mins, it better be a positive experience! At the end, you will get out of breath, so head over to the ABC store for a cool beverage. The plus side, was that you get to download your experience video for free! Also you get a 20% off your next experience. The one I went to was in a big corridor where we actually had to move around, dark, and you were an actually afraid to move around. So overall, would I come back? I guess so, because of that discount.
