Rather than using the business model of an angry plumber answering the phone, they might do well to invest in a receptionist, a service, or just have people text an inquiry. Perhaps they are so good, they don't really have time for new business. I called two other plumbing companies and got fast response and ballpark bids, along with availability. No thanks. Why would I have them come out when they can't even give me an estimate. I told them what the issue was, other establishments were able to give me an estimate at the least.
