I noticed there were still people on site from where he was driving from. I spoke with the other person working to get the name of the Company, so I could call and inform them of this situation. The city told me it is up to the homeowner to make any repairs if it is not a water mail. I knew I needed something more than a guy who comes out and cleans your drains. After an internet search I landed on Diggit. I could not have been more pleased. He said it might be a week to pull permits and make room in his schedule but 2 days later he was there digging up my yard. The crew of 3 was respectful and efficient. They put in a new line and put everything back the way it was when they finished. And for all the work they did I found the price very reasonable. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

The job required digging twice into the city street, but they did so without complaint. I should mention that they took great care in restoring our front yard/garden to its original state, including a gravel walkway with curved metal edging. The entire crew is hard-working, polite and very patient with questions and requests. I'd have no hesitation hiring them again. Recommended, to be sure.

We needed grading work to redirect water from impacting the foundation at the back of our house. And we wanted to have that water (and water from our downspouts) end up nicely in a rain garden out front. Bob knew exactly what to do for our situation and handled it all in three days, including building the rain garden. Bob gave us a fair price, kept his word throughout the process, didn't cut corners, and showed up when he said he would with his hard working team. He's a standup guy, to boot, and great to talk and consult with. We are pleased with the quality of the work and the straight talk. Wholeheartedly recommend Knight's Grading and Excavating.
