Whiskers to Tails did a wonderful job…read more I decided to come to them after a few bad previous experiences with my normal groomer @ Coventry Pet resort. Kaley was really kind when setting up the appointment on the phone & in reminding me about my dog's appointment. Additionally, when dropping our dog off we told them last minute that our dog had some skin/allergy problems, and they were super kind/understanding about it, and gave her a medicated bath. Our dog has a lot of anxiety and isn't the best behaved sometimes, but Whiskers to Tails did an AMAZING job! They've definitely got a new customer in me and my dogs.

We called in, booked and appointment and took our English Bulldog,Tater to get his nails done here…read moreyesterday, a Wednesday and had no problem getting in. The groomer/owner did a GREAT JOB! She was patient and very thorough. Best our dog's nails have ever looked. The price was extremely affordable too. We'll be back. Only wish we would've found this place sooner. We highly recommend Noah's Art in Mentone, Ca. The business is located off Mentone Blvd right by Barnacles Bar and A&W Restaurant (not on Redland's Blvd). These also a liquor store right next to t to it. Definitely give them a try. Easy to find if you are familiar familiar with the area/Mentone Boulevard but if not, give them a call first and just ask for the new correct address.

Incomplete work performance. My pet returned to me still dirty and nails clipped jaggedly. Highly disappointed with the grooming service my dog received. The attitude of this place is "customers never right." What a waste of a clever business name (Noah's Arf). 0 stars if I could and never conducting business here again.

I've been bringing my dog here since March, and everything was fine at first. Recently, however, I…read morelearned that he has been separated from other dogs without any notice or explanation. Given that he has always been social and has attended daycares since he was 14 weeks old, this raises concerns about whether breed bias may be playing a role. I also noticed an $8 fee for someone to stand next to a dog while they eat lunch, which feels unusual and excessive. The front desk staff has always been kind, but there is one employee who creates the social media videos who consistently avoids greeting customers and immediately goes to the back whenever someone approaches. It contributes to an overall feeling of poor customer service. Because of these issues, we'll be returning to Ufuria in Rancho Cucamonga.

Finally have the time to review this lovely place…read more My bf and I were at our wits end with our dog as he had recently developed anxiety. Since we're at work and school the whole day, we decided that day care was our only option and called around. It worked out that this was only 15 minutes away from my school so we called, got the info, and now repeat customers! They do need a recent fecal test done, which we had done at their place since it was so last minute but they were very accommodating and we results back quick. We were thankfully able to schedule him for his eval the next day, which he passed! I really love that they have six different outdoor yards and the dogs are separated based on their play style. My dog LOVES to play and run around, but I do worry about him annoying other dogs lol so I'm glad that I don't have to worry about that here since he can play with other dogs who have just as much energy as him. They have webcams from 8-5 so I'm able to check in on him and they also upload pics of him throughout the day + a daily report card! Their hours are also amazing. They open from 6:30AM-6:30PM so I'm able to drop him off early before school and pick him up after 6 when I'm off. The staff here are all so nice. I always call and ask to give his paws a quick wipe down when I'm on his way just because his paws can get a lot of dirt and they're always so nice about it, which I really appreciate. Pricing is also very fair. We get the 14 full day pass, which is $418 and it's well worth it. I've also done glamping here with them, where you get charged half day (when he's just playing) and then he gets his bath. They do a great job with the deshedding and then after he's just in a suite so he doesn't get dirty again. I love that they do that. Overall, I'm really glad I found this place. It's given me and my bf a peace of mind when we are busy. Highly recommend!

Mailbox is full. 11 came and went. After around 1115, she texted me apologizing that she had made a mistake and has me down for today, which is Friday. Accidents happen. She offers to reduce the price by 10$, which I say ok. This morning, once again, she 'texts' me apologizing, she made a mistake and booked someone else. I run 2 successful businesses. And 1 of the businesses, I am actually a teacher about the other business. So, I'm no stranger to making a mistake, even two, and making sure the customer was a satisfied customer after the fact. Our groomers are Traci and Pam and are fantastic with our dogs. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Boarded our cat for a few nights while we went out of town. When I originally spoke with them over…read morethe phone they sounded extremely professional, said they offer photographs daily of our pet and that they would need to see vaccination paperwork at drop off. Called a second time to book a tour of where our cat would be staying - I was told by Ryan that having visitors come to the back would disrupt the dogs' experience.... Mkay. He said I could come in and see photos of the cat's lodge in the office and he has some on his phone. At drop off, there were many dogs in the office so be aware this is more of a business catered to dogs than cats. My cat was already stressed, not a shocker but still annoying. When it was my turn, they confirmed the dates she will be staying, literally took her to the back and didn't ask about vaccination or anything. It was very fast and felt off, but whatever. When I asked to see photos of where she would be staying they acted strange, as if my question was taboo. They didn't have any they could show me so I literally dropped my cat off and have no idea where she is going. Awesome. I left and in the car called to speak to someone who would send me photos - it was odd how they made it so difficult to send me 1 photo. They said they did take a photo but the cat was blurry so they will try again later.....Huh??? It's not hard to send a photo in 2026. Anyways, at pick up when they brought out my cat, they gave her back to me in the WRONG CARRIER. That was my sign that this business is shady and unorganized. The guy panicked when I told him the carrier wasn't mine and took them an additional 10 minutes to get the right one. And yes, I checked to see that they gave me the right cat. They also included a dirty old cat toy in the carrier covered in hair that was not ours. Gross. Very chaotic - never will be returning and would not recommend.
