We got everything ready, and waited. Late Monday WE called her! (they didn't show up) She actually said, 'this isn't rocket science, we'll get there sometime'! We asked, "Who exactly are you?". Silence for a couple seconds, then: "I'm one of the owners." "Unbelievable." (was our response to her.) Big problem: They promised stuff to get the sale, and then tell the installer said stuff wasn't included in price. Calling up their office to clear it up, it seemed "Owner Lady" was unhappy that said "stuff" was promised, and then Rich, the salesman, changed his attitude immediately. In fact, he had promised a better exhaust fan, but installer was putting in a weaker fan--so we called Rich up. He told us to buy the better, stronger Promised fan, and he would drop by and repay us. Almost a year later, and several phone calls and promises...we got the picture, Rich! Problem: Installer Dennis--not very good. Sadly, we went with Toledo New Bath--even though they charged us $4000 more than our other bid!! Because we Wanted it done right! The caulk job was horrendous. We examined it and found leakage! Dennis also didn't caulk any of the metal fasteners for the seat and handles--so leaks are occurring there. We have absolutely no Faith in them!! Today WE ARE PAYING SOMEONE ELSE OVER $1000 to recaulk Everything!

I saw New Window Elite's TV commercial and since I was in the market to replace builder grade windows, I gave them a call. New Window Elite was my 3rd quote for 7 standard sized double-hung windows. The window is nice but of my 3 sales pitches, I felt theirs fell in the middle in terms of quality. The salesperson was knowledgeable and answered my questions. Initially, he gave me a quote of $1,100 per window but when I told him I would think about it, he reduced the total cost by $1,000, making it $957.14 per window. As with the quality, the adjusted price fell within the middle of my 3 quotes so I accepted. A contract was signed and I took a picture of all provided documents. Upon further review of the contract, no price was included, meaning we technically don't have a contract. Additionally, articles 1-3 of the contract (out of 7) were not provided. My other 2 quotes were upfront pricing. I wish New Window did the same rather than negotiate. I was told that someone would be out to take exact measurements but as of a week after the contract was signed, nobody has contacted me. My credit card was charged for the agreed upon 50% down. Now, on to my rating. Two stars were removed because I subsequently went to their website and saw that it states that the New Window Elite Price for a double-hung window is $300-$450. The sales pitch stated that installation is included in the price so I have to assume it is on their website as well. If this is the case, their advertising is simply not true. With the exception of 4 mullions (support between the windows), the window sizes are standard and the install will be on a ranch-style home. Nothing unusual. The other 2 companies both quoted me at $50 per mullion so I know they aren't outrageously priced. This review is neither positive nor negative but just a means of sharing my experience to others who are considering using New Window Elite. As previously mentioned, my review of the windows and process will be posted once the windows are installed.

I stopped by their shop, met with Steve and he said he wanted to stop by my home to confirm details. Steve came out, provided a detailed quote with a variety of options we wanted to look at and suggestions he came up with during his visit to our home. We agreed on the scope and Duvall Woodworking got right to work. A short time later the installation was scheduled. Casey and Rick, the installation team were great! I had Duvall build a cabinet that would sit on my bathroom counter, in between my two sinks. They also built matching mirror frames. The final product looks amazing! I was most pleased with their communication, as they were always available and answered all the questions I had. They were extremely professional, did great work, and were wonderful to work with. I informed them as to why i don't want their help. I've moved on. People are quick to get a sour taste from that kind of response from a supposedly top business. They have zero call back policies apparently . Don't hesitate to go elsewhere for quality business. He never made eye contact with us. He knew the sales person had not arrived for the appointment never even came over and spoke with us . speaks volumes about the way they really run their business as opposed to all of their commercials.

He does an excellent job of hanging pictures, which I greatly appreciated as a side courtesy. but his level of responsiveness dropped from a 10 to a 0 at this point. Nothing is urgent on my end, but a simple acknowledgement of my text of concerns & pics of the issue would be appreciated. I feel disrespected to be completely ignored after investing a good sum of money in my wood floors with a guarantee of satisfaction. I am not seeking to bash this company; to the contrary, I simply would appreciate acknowledging the problem with a plan to follow up.

Unfortunately, we have not had a positive experience with Perrysburg Flooring. We ordered new…read moreflooring over 9 months ago, and the project is still not fully complete. The flooring that was installed in three rooms was not the same floor we ordered--the color run of the batch installed was significantly off from what we selected. This was only realized after the full installation was completed. Manny and the team initially proposed ripping the floor up, but given the disruption involved (moving appliances, removing toilets, etc.), we ultimately settled on keeping the installed floor. Fast forward nine months, and we are still waiting on transition strips so the project can be considered complete. We have made multiple attempts to get this resolved. Perrysburg Flooring has since said they can't locate the strips, has asked us to re-measure ourselves, and continues to push out installation dates while citing backorders. At this point, it feels more like scrambling than follow-through, and we're not confident the strips--if they arrive--will even match the installed flooring. Overall, communication, accountability, and execution have been far from ideal. Based on our experience, I would not recommend working with Perrysburg Flooring.

Rarely do my DIY projects go as smoothly as this. First I spoke to Jake King in sales who walked me…read morethrough the whole process from first order, to shipping, to assembly. He made me feel at ease answering a bunch of questions and concerns. The shipping process was first class. The company they used provided tracking and had an 800 number to call for updates. That was super helpful considering I ordered my cabinets during the worst winter snow and ice storm of 2026. Never the less they still arrived on time. Then came assembly. I was a bit nervous with the first base cabinet but I remember Jake telling me to watch the online assembly videos. They were great. The first cabinet took us about an hour to assemble but after that we were old pro's. My wife and I had a mini assembly line going. We were able to assemble the rest at around 20 minutes a piece. Let me assure you these cabinets and hardware are top notch. They are super well engineered. Everything was cut exactly to length and went together perfectly. I would offer one tip for future buyers. Get yourself a small paint brush to spread the glue evenly. We used way too much on the first one but after that it was perfect. Do not be intimidated with the assembly process. They take all the guesswork out of it for you. Next time we need cabinets I know where I'm going.
