I was a little skeptical with google reviewing a local shop. And after reading a good portion of the reviews I decided to give Abe's a call. The phone service was courteous and professional. But the quote came in so low, I was a little doubtful that there wouldn't be some hidden fees. Some of the larger glass repair companies came in 100-300 dollars over what Abe's quoted. Well I dropped off my ride at 8 and it was ready at noon. The service, stock, and workmanship appear flawless. I'm so pleased with the work that Abe's did it's no wonder they have all of the great reviews on google. Well here's another positive review for yelp! The dissatisfaction came while checking out My roof the workers damaged My retractable shade. The damage was done the day of inspection. They pulled my car in.. allowed me to have a seat in their waiting area while they checked out the sunroof. I received a price .. paid the deposit and, was told I would receive an appointment time. When I arrived home I put plastic on the roof tI cover the hole to prevent water from getting inside my car. I noticed the shade was damaged and, I took picture. The day of my appointment I took the car in. I asked the technician to repair the shade. He told me that he wouldn't be able to because, that's not something he does and, I would have to talk to the company. I called the office because, it took more than a couple hours I was told. I spoke to Skip the owner and, I informed him of the damage and, it brought it to the technicians attention. Skip told me he would make some phone calls and, I told him I would be on my way. when I got to the office. I asked him about repairing the sunroof. He stated that Brandon doesn't work on the weekends and, He would talk to him on Monday. Monday I text and sent the pictures. I received a text from Skip saying He would call me later that day or , in the morning. When Skip called He stated that he had some information I wasn't going to hear. He told me his employers did not damage the retractable shade but, he was going to try to come up with a solution to where we both would be happy. He called me a second time and, we're going back and, forth him arguing that his company didn't damage my shade when indeed they did. They day I took my car in for the estimate.. His guy sat in my drivers seat while I sat in the passenger seat. He retracted the shade a couple times before He pulled my car into the repair garage. There was no damage to the shade before the inspection. The price was great but, now I have to find another company to repair or replace The retractable shade. The review would have been great until the damage and, unprofessionalism from Skip arguing with me as he stated "He doesn't want to have to come out of pocket" and his company did not do it when He was only there to receive payment. Glad the sunroof was replaced. Unsatisfied with the unprofessionalism from the Owner and, the extra cost I will incur.

Overall I believe this dealership was above average. I traveled from out of state, to pick up a…read moretruck here. The price for the truck was very reasonable. The paperwork etc. was quick and efficient. I was able to get in and out with about 90 minutes. The dealership seemed very clean, and the staff friendly. Cons: I asked the salesman if there were any cosmetic issues or larger issues BEFORE I traveled 3 states to pick up the truck. The salesman stated that there were not. When I arrived there I learned that there was a semi large dent on the tailgate. The dealership did credit me about $500. However, I would have paid $500 extra for perfection. The vehicle has lug nut locks, I never received a key for them. I did call the salesman and he said he would look into it. I still have yet to receive the key for the lug nut removal.

(I feel awful for anyone who has to work with this egotistical sore loser) I asked over the phone if the vehicles price is negotiable and if I could toss in an offer, he stated how the dealership is a volume dealer and their prices are put "aggressively" which didn't ultimately answer the question but I didn't think much of it and tossed in an offer. Few hours later I was told that the vehicles price is firm, to which I responded by saying "Okay, let me know if anything changes", he tried to justify the price by sending me a data analysis report of similar spec to spec vehicles within a 300 mile radius of the dealership, his vehicle was ranked 3rd for best price in the market, I asked him "where's the location of the first two" to which he claims that locations are not given. After doing not even 10 minutes of digging, I found both. 2 days later, he messages me saying "I saw it." In my response to me seeing the vehicle he failed to provide me information on. Cool I guess? 4 days later, he sends me the listing again and he drops the vehicles price by about $200-300-ish. I told him to delete all my information as I'll be looking for other options in the market since I wasn't too fond of his tone from the start, he states my offer "was not exceptionally fair" to which I show him a better vehicle in the market with a lower price than his AND lower miles than his. His response? "Go buy it." What a ways to go for a salesman Anyways, spend your hard earned money elsewhere if you're looking for a vehicle, this place does NOT deserve your business.
