The dealership I purchased my vehicle from quoted me $400+ to fix a few things on my vehicle (and also tried to gaslight me into believing there was a crack in my bumper and the whole thing should need replaced. Though I was standing there and the maintenance man was pointing at nothing on my bumper). I brought my vehicle here and had all of the repairs done for less than $200 and my bumper was checked for damage, they found none. Service was much faster than expected and staff were very professional.

Pretty stingy place to look for a vehicle,…read more I inquired on carfax.com about a 2025 Jeep Gladiator Mojave, later that day I was called by unfortunately later to find out an absolutely awful salesman by the name of Steve Myers. (I feel awful for anyone who has to work with this egotistical sore loser) I asked over the phone if the vehicles price is negotiable and if I could toss in an offer, he stated how the dealership is a volume dealer and their prices are put "aggressively" which didn't ultimately answer the question but I didn't think much of it and tossed in an offer. Few hours later I was told that the vehicles price is firm, to which I responded by saying "Okay, let me know if anything changes", he tried to justify the price by sending me a data analysis report of similar spec to spec vehicles within a 300 mile radius of the dealership, his vehicle was ranked 3rd for best price in the market, I asked him "where's the location of the first two" to which he claims that locations are not given. After doing not even 10 minutes of digging, I found both. 2 days later, he messages me saying "I saw it." In my response to me seeing the vehicle he failed to provide me information on. Cool I guess? 4 days later, he sends me the listing again and he drops the vehicles price by about $200-300-ish. I told him to delete all my information as I'll be looking for other options in the market since I wasn't too fond of his tone from the start, he states my offer "was not exceptionally fair" to which I show him a better vehicle in the market with a lower price than his AND lower miles than his. His response? "Go buy it." What a ways to go for a salesman Anyways, spend your hard earned money elsewhere if you're looking for a vehicle, this place does NOT deserve your business.

He is the only one out of seven auto repair shops in Toledo that fixed my problem, the problem originated from Warren Street Garage who messed up my car and then told me not to bring it back because they don't work on my make model car. But this place is amazing and honest he will not charge you just to charge you he won't charge you unless he fixes your problem. Unlike other places that use machines he uses his wits and his mind and good old fashioned hard work to find your problem and he will go deep until he finds it. He found out a problem on my car by getting down and dirty where anybody and everybody also would not do. Thank you for giving me my car back you're the best Tracy. These guys scammed my wife and I. They had our vehicle for almost three weeks for a timing belt…read morechange. A lot of run around and got the car back. Clips were broke off power steering resivoir and kept loosing fluid. The we lost heat due to hose connector being broken and not hold sealed to pipe on engine at all. Spit out coolant everywhere which soaked the new belt. Also found damage to upper timing cover, hose opening cut out and melt marks nearby in plastic. Mountings for engine and transmission computer housing broken/missing and computer mountings not secured. No low coolant light came on when the level dropped because the level sensor is plugged into the connector for the computer housing fan and the fan is plugged into the sensor connector. Had it been warmer outside there would have been a very high potential for overheating and engine damage with little to no warning due to the level sensor being connected up improperly. Owner denied paying me back for the "service" I paid them to do right. Then got stuck paying dealership to fix all the screw ups. Thanks Import Automotive for screwing up my vehicle and the financial situation you put my family in with a baby on the way. Great job guys!!
