This is a small cousy location in a shopping plaza. Plenty of parking in front of the restaurant. There is a counter to place your order. They will bring dishes to the table after ordering. Staff were very friendly and polite. This was my first time visiting. They were very patient when answering all my questions about the dishes. I ordered a Taro Boba Tea and the Tokatsu Ramen. Both were delicious. The ramen was the perfect portion for dinner and well seasoned. I will definitely be going back to try other dishes. read more

Tokyo Teppan is an incredible spot. Amazing food at amazing prices. This is my husband and I's go to place. Inside they have Japanese music playing at the perfect volume to still have conversation with others but also enjoy the ambience of it. You order at the register and find your seat yourself. The employees are super nice and bring your food to you. They will also take your plates once you leave. We always split the large hibachi bowl at the unbeatable price of $13.95 if you order in the store (It's more expensive to order online). This is one of my favorite places! The food is always fresh and the portions are generous for the cost. I always get the regular bowl with hibachi chicken and BBQ chicken, and it's perfect every time. The chicken katsu is a great portion size if you like fried cutlets. Another star is the karaage app. The chicken bites are well-seasoned and perfectly fried. They also make delicious boba teas and sometimes have seasonal flavors that are so good! One of my faves is the piña colada flavor. As an additional mention, this was one of the few restaurants in my area that helped out community during one of the hurricanes last year that knocked out power on our grid. What a great small business. It's in the Publix plaza on the far south end near Don Julio and Planet Smoothie. They have a simple and delicious menu of bowls, ramen, and bento boxes. We've been here a few times now and everything we've tried has been very tasty and IMPORTANTLY price appropriate. I don't feel like I'm getting ripped off. A lot of small places go to one extreme or another. You get a tiny meal for a huge price or their meals are so gigantic that you know they'll be out of business in 2 months. These are your standard mixture of rice, veggies, and protein. Whenever I try a new spot I'm hesitant about chicken and fried foods - I always seem to get a bad piece of meat. This was not the the case here! The whole bowl was so well put together and tasted pretty good. Loved that white sauce was included with it! The rice was the unfortunate part of the meal - it was not flavorful enough even though it was fried. Also the guy at the register seemed to really enjoy his job and it really made the experience better because his joy was contagious. The restaurant is very casual. You order up front for dine in or to go and if you dine in you choose your seats. There are plenty of options for food. Bento boxes, build your own bowls, ramen, lots of appetizers and sides. I opted for the bento box because it came with a salad and soup, the entree was shrimp, fried rice, veggies, and a spring roll and gyoza! I also ordered a starter of krab rangoon and a strawberry tea boba. Everything was sooooo good and I have a habit of ordering a bit of everything so getting such a sampling with my meal was perfect. They have a pretty solid white/yum yum sauce but the sriracha is the real star. I don't know if they make it but it's really good. My boba was perfect for me. I asked for no added sugar and it tasted amazing. The krab Rangoon was yummy with a really nice filling. The gyoza was really good and I almost ordered more and spring roll was nice, fresh, and crunchy which and a perfect addition to my meal. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and well seasoned and the veggies were nice and crunchy! The rice was standard but still really good. However, if you're feeling something different, they do have ramen, bento boxes, and a wide assortment of appetizers, including a couple sushi rolls. I peaked over at a table near us that got ramen & it looks pretty good! I ordered the regular bowl with hibachi rice, hibachi veggies, hibachi chicken, and hibachi salmon. No need to ask for the "white sauce" because your order already comes with it! All of my food was pretty good. The salmon was a bit dry for my liking but otherwise good. The rice needed a little something to flavor it up but once I added the white sauce, it was delish. We also got an order of the Krab Rangoon which we enjoyed! There is plenty of seating here if you feel like eating in. They even have bubble tea and desserts if you're looking for something refreshing or sweet. Definitely recommend checking this place out for a quick bite. Seemed like a pretty poppin place for a Sunday night, too! This place is by far wayyyyyy better than the place it replaced. The other place was a one and done for us. This place opened in Nov 22 and we have gotten take out at least 6 times since (it's mid Jan 23). The express bowl is delish and the white sauce is yum! Dumplings are good and usually the go to app. Today tried the dynamite roll. Prob won't get again, little fishy for me (and I'm a huge sushi person ). Ramen is ok, but we are use to domu which is hard to beat. Def recommend this place for a tasty hibachi craving ! read more

If you're in and around those circles you know exactly what I'm talking about. The service was good, the people were nice, my friend got the wrong order of boba tea a d they replaced it without a fuss. It's kind of out of the way for me, so I don't see myself personally coming back. i don't know what happened, whether it was new owner ship or cutting down costs but this place is no the same, before we got good sized portions of food with the cost, very flavorful and dressed in a beautiful and delicious amount of sauce. now you get less portions, less sauce and prices have even increased twice. not to mention it cost even more money to swap sauces or even to add a bit more to the order.
