Came inside to H-Mart for some later evening shopping. While we were there we initially looked at the H-Mart sushi aisle, but then I looked over behind and noticed the Tokyo lunch box . I would say that the way the H-Mart aisles were stacked, it was actually a little bit hidden so you have to take a look against the side wall. Since we were here around 6:30pm we took advantage of their 50% sushi deal and picked up a really nice options of both regular sushi, larger sushi wrap type rolls, and sashimi still available. There was a short line at the time of others taking advantage of the same deal. The man at the register filled our order very quickly, and he was so sweet and joked with us. The sushi was pretty good as well and we will definitely would get again!

Service was great! This place is inside HMart in Niles. I have always bought rolls from them but when I saw the Katsu meals and honestly I saw a guy eating it on a nearby table. I had to get it and try it myself. I bought the Chicken Katsu and it was tje bomb!!!!. So tender, perfectly seasoned and cooked. Came with veggies and rice. I would go back again and again and again for this! Must try! What are you waiting for??!!!! Run!!! Happy eating!!!!

5 stars overall! The lady who works here is always SO NICE and helpful. My partner is gluten free and she helps us make sure we get a gf option and she offers free gluten free soy sauce which is rare to find lately! Sushi is 4 stars to me, and the bowls I would say are 5! Also the reviews about BOGO offers not being fresh is funny because that's the POINT? it's BOGO later in the day so it doesn't have to be tossed at night. So of course it's not as crispy but it's also HALF OFF. If you want super fresh go to a normal sit down restaurant :) Overall tho it's great for quick sushi that will fill you up!

Located in H Mart, to the right when you walk in. It's next to What A Dumpling. We came after 7 pm, so it was buy one get one Maki free. If you're looking for good quality, look elsewhere because the quality was like average kind of bland. The shrimp tempura was not crunchy, it was too soft. The spicy Tokyo deluxe combo was not fresh, it was probably prepared earlier in the day. This is a good place if you're just hungry and want something to either fill your belly, or to supplement your meal at What A Dumpling. The cashier very nice and helpful though.

We come over to the Hmart food court after swim lessons and there's something for everyone. Buy one get one free sushi trays after 6pm. The cashier is always super sweet.

Pretty pathetic salmon and shrimp tempura maki... where is the shrimp? Oh is that the shrimp? Hmmm very shrimpy in size indeed.

Great place to have Japanese style bento box. Really like the conversation had with the owner Jinny. Will come here often for great Japanese cuisine. Highly recommend the bento boxes.

Food: Fish katsu ($7.99): food portion is decent and it comes out just cooked so unlike some sushi items, it's fresh...tastes just ok.. *comes with miso soup with mushrooms in it (that's a first).. Restaurant lacks.. -Communication: they need a microphone or something to call out the orders when it's ready or delivery to the tables would be nice.. :) Costs: on the higher end for the portion/quality of food, but I guess you can expect it from a food court..

The sushi is alright but the noodle dishes are fantastic, especially the ramen. Mighty tasty and filling.

I did carryout for us again and noted a few others picking up orders as well, although they do have seating if you wish to dine in. It smells amazing outside! The food was still hot when I got home and the teriyaki chicken was tender and flavorful both times and the portions were large. It comes with steamed rice and salad. (They have yakisoba and katsu dishes too.) I got the chicken/shrimp teriyaki combo for me and spicy beef with the fried rice combo for him. (Fried rice is an upgrade for $3). Again large portions and delicious! We are fans.

We ordered shrimp fried rice and chicken katsu and both were really good. We drizzled some of their teriyaki sauce(don't overdo it bc it can get salty) over the fried rice and it made it even better. The fried rice was flavorful and the portion size was huge, enough to feed 2-3 ppl. The chicken katsu was juicy and portion size was also very large. All in all our kids liked the food very much. Lowkey the salad they provide is also really good and flavorful. Gave a nice crunch and refreshing while eating hot dishes. I gave it 4 stars because the food took a bit long to make, but it's also because it's made to order too.

There is easy street parking available, but I was walking so did not need any parking. The restaurant space has plenty of tables and was clean. There were a few tables sat when I walked in. There are no signs to wait for host/seat yourself, so I stood at the front for a few minutes before who I think is the owner actually ended up coming up and helping. He was running around, very busy, helping prepare and serve the food to the tables that had already ordered. I asked if I could just place an order to go and just ordered a Pad Thai for carry out. The food came out honestly very quickly for just one person in the kitchen plus the owner, and with other tables already with tickets in, but I would not necessarily say this is a super fast in and out experience if you're in a rush. The take out container was packaged in a thick brown bag (no breaking through the bottom of the bag on the walk home here!) and the owner cashed me out himself. He was very kind but did not really engage in any of the small talk I attempted while waiting for the screens to load and payment to process. The Pad Thai was packed super neatly and cleanly in a plastic take out box. The serving size was deceptively large, and they pack in a heavy serving of noodles and bean sprouts and your protein of choice (chicken for me!) into this little box. I was shocked at how fresh everything tasted! This was a perfect Pad Thai and I will absolutely order this a million times over living right down the block. There were plenty of fresh bean sprouts, the noodles were cooked perfect, it wasn't dry or drowning in sauce, a little lime wedge on the side and I was a happy camper. I can't wait to come back and try more menu items, their amazing lunch specials, and support a local business. Thank you, Mai Thai and Sushi!

They made it from scratch not the can Thai ice tea you usually get from other restaurants. It had the right amount of sweetness. Then I ordered pineapple fried rice . The fried rice was very flavorful. For the entry I ordered Tom Yum's seafood noodle soup. It had mussels, Fish, shrimp, squid, and fish balls. The tom yum had the perfect spicy and sweetness to it . The one thing I wasn't a fan of was all the peanuts they put in it. The service was great and the food was delicious. The restaurant was spacious and they had a large tv in the bar area . They only offer street parking and it was free for 2 hours . Definitely will be back !

Since being charmed by the Noodles & Company location in downtown Chicago, I sought out locations…read morearound Chicago, and Chicagoland particularly within a radius of my stomping grounds. Now along with bookmarking those locations, I have even joined the Noodles Rewards program which has certainly been a pleasure being part of. Since being part of the program, I anticipate checking emails received because not only does it give me the chance to visit Noodles & Company, but also the chance to save on whatever is offered, which is an opportunity I do not have with other restaurants I enjoy. After having this location on my radar for some time, I finally visited after a long day of working at my secondary job in the area. Looking through the menu, I would have loved to have ordered the Pasta Fresca with IMPOSSIBLE Chicken, but I did not see it featured on the Uber Eats menu. So, I ended up ordering the Pad Thai with Sautéed Shrimp as my protein instead which had my interest as an alternative. Whether it be Grubhub or Uber Eats, I love ordering online because it is convenient. Most of the time my orders are completed upon my arrival or near complete. By the time I arrived onsite my order was waiting behind the counter during this ordering experience. Picking up was just confirming my name, order, and I was well on my way like a villain dressed in a black-and-white hooped shirt and pants, a red cape, a wide-brimmed hat, and black gloves. That is the Hamburglar, a McDonald's character for you youngsters out there reading this review, tehehe. Grateful to have had a smooth online ordering experience because the likelihood of me ordering online again at the location is very high. Nicely presented inside of sustainable packaging, I wasted no time eating the Pad Thai after taking pictures to share on yelp. It was fresh tasting with even a satisfying portion given. So delicious was my first forkful of the rice noodle stir-fry which resulted in me dancing as I ate each bite while inside of my kitchen, leaving not even a crumb behind once I finished. Along with the rice noodle stir-fry, the Pad Thai came with scrambled egg, napa, red cabbage, citrus, peanuts, and topped with scallions; I opted out of the cilantro being that I am not fond of anything spicy. I highly recommend the Pad Thai, if you have stumbled on my review and are open to trying anything featured on the menu. Along with the location downtown Chicago, I would gladly consider visiting and ordering from this location in Niles again. I was bummed that the location nearest to my primary job in River Forest closed, which just leaves me left with visiting either the location within downtown Chicago, or this one in Niles. Atmosphere: 4 | Service: 5 | Food: 4 Recommendations: Buttered Noodles, Pad, Thai, Penne Rose, Wisconsin Mac & Cheese, Pasta Fresca, Pesto Cavatappi, Spaghetti with Marinara, LEANguini Rosa or LEANguini Fresca. And also joining the Noodles Rewards program because it will save you money. ~ Dream. shine. sparkle. ~ Thomas G

I ordered the Garlic Bacon Crunch Mac and Cheese through uber eats. I also got a rice Krispy treat and a regular sprite. I got the smallest size option. This location is 9 minutes from my house and delivery was quick. This was such a sad bowl of pasta. It was like the noodles had been scooped out, sauceless, into the bowl then some sort of cheese sauce was ladled on top, and then the toppings. It was like warm at best, which I try not to hold against deliveries, but this could not have been hot when it was picked up. It was not creamy, it was clunky and so unenjoyable. After paying $27 total for delivery I ate it, and then it sat like a rock in my stomach. What an absolutely miserable experience. Rice Krispy treat was delicious though. I know there's tons of other noodle options on uber eats, please skip noodles and co. and try any of the other options.
