The sushi and salad was so good!!! I may need to order from there more. If you're looking for sushi places, please consider trying this place. read more

Good sushi at a fair price, but this place is CONSISTENTLY ABSURDLY SLOW!! You'll save money, if you have lots of free time

Good quantity for the price. Do not get the deep fried rolls. The LSU Roll was horrible!

I was really impressed! Amazing prices and very friendly service and Super Delicious sushi! The miso soup is pretty good as well. Brand new business, I hope they are around forever! read more

Randomly stopped in after flying in from Maine! Small place in a strip mall but Pleasantly surprised by the yummy food at such a affordable price. Amazing :) very friendly atmosphere .....such a random find! read more

Small Japanese restaurant with 6 tables (seats 4/table). Takeout or dine in...Good, friendly, and attentive staff. I ordered the Steak hibachi dinner which didn't include miso soup + salad like most Japanese restaurants I've been to, but considering the price it wasn't a big deal. My meal was very flavorful + the perfect portion. Great food, service, and price! Next time I'll try their rolls. read more

This is my go to sushi restaurant!! The sushi chefs are so friendly! We order custom rolls. They will make anything on request. The hibachi is very seasoned and tasty. This is the cleanest restaurant I've ever been to. It is a more casual cafe atmosphere and the prices are very low. Low prices and a fresh meal, you can't beat it! read more

I had the Saints roll which had salmon, eel(i think), crawfish, avocado and mango with sauces. The saltiness of the crawfish blended well with the sweetness of the mango. I also had the tuna avocado roll which was delicious and tasted super fresh. The water tasted a little funny to me and at first I thought it was me then rezlized it had like lemon juice drops in or er suttim. I was so thirsty that I sipped it anyway without complaint. There are about 6 tables and a bar. I sat at the bar so I could watch the chefs create. Based on the patron next to me who is a regular, it was more crowded than usual for a Friday night. I had my first roll in about 10 minutes and the Saints Roll shortly thereafter after they saw I was finished with the tuna avocado roll. Quite a few pick up orders which I think is typical for a weekend night. Based on the smells coming from the back kitchen, I might try the hibachi dishes next time. I'll definitely keep this place on the list for fresh basics like tuna avocado roll or salmon avocado roll, but it's not a "gotta have it every week" spot for me. read more

Delicious surprise! And the Price is Right. Like the chicken hibachi better than the steak.

Today is my birthday, and I tried something different. I had the Chef roll 4 and it was delicious and beautifully presented. I prepared my soy sauce and wasabi paste and didn't use any of it. There is no need to do anything with it but to enjoy it. read more

We love this place. From the hibachi to the sushi, everything is fresh and flavored wonderfully. We have been multiple times in the last 4 months. They are quick no matter lunch or dinner. The sushi is my favorite but the hibachi chicken is a close second. I also recommend the Kani Cheese pockets to start. read more

Went for dinner tonight. I ordered the Moon Star roll as a recommendation from the chef. The flavor and textures were great! Just what I was looking for! Only thing I think could use improvement is the wasabi, it was very tame for what I am used to. Otherwise, it was excellent! read more

I love this place!! Their food is very fresh and delicious and their prices are good. I have eaten here three times in the last week. Each time I have gotten the scallop and shrimp hibachi. I keep wanting to try something new, but it's just so good, I keep getting it. read more

Fuck this place! I ordered steak hibachi and 45 mins later they tell me they are out up steak! Don't come here!

Hole in the wall, but great value and very good rolls! Fresh, and well presented. Only $9.95 for lunch special of 3 rolls (pretty nice list of rolls to choose from too..) and miso or salad. Nellie, our server, was very good and sweet. She did good job explaining menu. ** And big plus! they have a loyalty card, and for every 10 rolls, you get a free roll! So 2 lunch specials today: 6 punches toward my 10! Sweet deal. read more

Good food! My husband got the chicken donbury and I got some sushi. The donbury was hearty and flavorful with tender breaded chicken and egg in a savory brown sauce served over rice. The spicy white tuna roll had just a slight crunch to it and the sauce was perfect. They got the rice to filling ratio for sushi down, most places I go to around here have way to much rice and not enough filling. My only complaints are that the veggie roll could stand to have more than two types of vegetables in it (they went with just avocado and cucumber-not a very flavorful combo) and the salmon was cut way too thick on the two piece salmon sushi. read more

I got the Double Spicy and omg wow it was AMAZING!! Also had the New Orleans roll, it was good too! Definitely will be coming back for the double spicy though read more

Love this place, they are nicest group of people I've found in any establishment. Stuff yourself with the black pepper tuna and end it with the mango lover's roll. read more

One of the best sushi places I have been too!! Haven't tasted anything that wasn't good.. Snow crab naruto is my favorite!!

Great prices and even better food. We even received a cucumber salad on the house and it was delicious! We will definitely be back when we visit! read more

Pleasantly surprised at how good the sushi was at Tokyo Grill. The prices were very reasonable and service was awesome.

Great customer service with excellent shush I for a good price. I like their combos 2 roll for 7.99 or 3 for 10 with a soup or salad.

Great sushi! The rolls taste fresh and they pack in lots a meat. I got the spicy crawfish roll (roll w crawfish and spicy sauce drizzled on top) and crunchy roll (crab, avocado, little tempura batter). Both were great! Good prices too read more

Tokyo Grill - Spicy crawfish and crunchy rolls. Both great! - Japanese Near Me - Kenner, Louisiana

Great food! Had a fried sushi roll (good, but probably would get a regular roll next time), hibachi scallop and shrimp, and fried noodles. Everything was delicious, what a gem! Glad I found this place. The hibachi rice was perfectly seasoned. Don't doubt, order from here! read more

Really good food. I just keep coming back for their yaki udon. It's one of the best I've had anywhere. I haven't tried their sushi yet since I'm really picky when it comes to sushi but they get 5 stars for the noodles and service! Glad they are only five min away from my house read more

Fried sweet potato roll is a great option for vegetarians wanting something other than avocado or cucumber rolls!!! So delicious

This place is no where close to any type of fine dinning. It's like Wendy's of Japanese food. Let's move on to the food, for apps ordered tofu(small portion, not fresh at all) tuna tar tar ( kinda sweet, but still good) beef tataki (very low grade of beef mixed with tenden and fat ) hamachi kama( instead yellow tail collar, we got salmon, taste pretty good but don't put hamachi kama on the menu and serve something else). For entrees, mango roll (pretty good) beef medium rare( uneatable), dynamite roll over cooked to the max, cuts in my mouth just from 1 bite of it. I had a horrible experience, not going to back to this place for sure. read more

My friends and I eat there regularly. I've never heard a bad meal there. It's kind a hidden jem.

Came here on Christmas Eve when everything else was closed and not only was the restaurant empty, but the food and service exceeded my expectations! I had a salmon bento box, everything tasted so fresh and delicious! Way more food than other overpriced japanese restaurants I've been to....very highly recommend! Can't wait to go back! read more

Food is always fresh. Hibachi is not the best but far from horrible, sushi always fresh and delicious, never crowded. Always clean. The workers there are never rude, just not nice, which isn't a problem for me. It may have more to do with culture. Try it. You won't be disappointed ' read more

Have eaten here over and over again. Hibachi is great and not overpriced. The sushi has always tasted fresh no matter which I tried (over ten types) - never had any issues with service or cleanliness. I'm addicted! Will continue to come back. read more

They are decent and moderately priced for sushi. The downside is they do not serve alcohol.

Amazing food, great service, and cheap prices! This is honestly one of the best sushi places i've ever tried, they have so many options for all kinds of customers and the employees are attentive and welcoming! Definitely a must try for everyone! read more

Very quick and simple Japanese food. I had a salad and the Hibachi Steak with extra rice instead of vegetables, and they surely delivered! My entire plate was filled with rice! Although the steak was a little overcooked(i asked for it medium), the flavor of the steak was still great. For the price of the meal, the value is definitely unbeatable. A high recommendation for anyone passing through Kenner looking for a quick Japanese dining experience! read more

I am picky when it comes to sushi, this place was not only really good but the service was also warm and friendly. It definitely beats the sushi from Sake Cafe in Kenner! I don't even know how that place is still open. Tokyo Grill will most likely do great here and Im happy to finally have great hibachi & sushi place nearby! read more
