My hand grabbing my one-litre bayberry lemon tea. It's a big drink!

Tips: - This store doesn't add any sugar to its drinks. - The closest entrance to this cafe is the Food District. - This cafe is between Kernels and Urban Kids. - Drinks come in two sizes: large and one litre. My friend and I went out for lunch today. It was our last day in the office for 2025. We also wanted to visit Bao Sandwich Bar in Mississauga before it shuttered for good The hours for Bao Sandwich Bar changed. It opened at noon instead of its usual 11:30 am. We decided to visit this Togo Cafe at Square One first, and then head over to Bao for lunch. My friend drove us to Square One from work. He has been to this Togo Cafe before. I had only visited the Scarborough location a few months ago. We parked across from the Food District. It's the closest entrance to the cafe. We cut through all the good eats and drinks, headed out to the mall, and got to the cafe. Togo Cafe is on the first floor, between Kernels and Urban Kids. We were the only customers there, which was nice. I ordered the hawthorn lemon tea in a one-litre size. The woman taking the order seemed to have issues with hearing. I had to repeat myself with the tea and size. Drinks here don't have added sugar, which I like. I paid with a credit card. I tapped and was good. I got my receipt. I read it. It had the same drink that my friend ended up ordering, which was the bayberry lemon tea. She got my order wrong. I still went with her mistake. It didn't take long for my drink to be made. The man behind the counter gave me a regular straw. This drink had a lot of citrus, but not anything to suck up a straw. We waited for my friend's drink to be made. We then drank our drinks as we walked back to his car. We both enjoyed this drink. I am probably used to lemony tea drinks more than he is. He recently got into lemon in his tea. The bayberry had a tartness that was enjoyable. I loved the lemons and limes that were squeezed into this drink. This tea drink was cheerful, refreshing, and delicious. My friend was concerned that our one-litre drinks wouldn't fit in his car's cup holders. We tested them out and our drinks did fit in the cupholders at the front. Yay! I had offered to hold our drinks if they didn't. No need! I had an eighth of my drink left by the time we reached the office. It was so good. Thank goodness I went with the one-litre drink! My rating would have been perfect if I had got what I had ordered, which was the hawthorn lemon tea. I did enjoy downing the bayberry lemon tea. I'd return for more fruity drinks. (475)

Finally in Mississauga!! I'm going here for coffee moving forward, cause just having Starbucks or Tim's ain't cutting it. They have good coffee and unique Asian flavours like hawthorn and persimmon. Don't be confused if you see "large" as their smallest size, that's their regular size vs 1L. The store is near the food court in the mall and service is honestly pretty quick! I think they chose a good spot to open in square one!

Place is really nice and pretty. The person working there…read morewas very nice and humble. I ordered a grapefruit tea and asked for no ice, but my drink came with a full amount of ice. Maybe they forgot to look at the label because they were tired since we came 20min before close... but still sad.. (wanted to drink it the next day without it being watered down..)

My rating is 3.5 stars…read more This Chatime is located in a highly busy plaza. My student and I witnessed a minivan plow into a concrete barrier as we were walking over to Kenzo Ramen, steps away from Chatime. We both heard a crunch and knew that it wasn't good. The minivan, a minute later, drove towards us. We saw a huge crack going down the front bumper. I parked at the back of this plaza, where there is a store that sell diapers and adult incontinence pads. There used to be a Goodwill store, but a few new businesses have taken over. Anyway, after my student, a colleague, and I had finished eating a late lunch at Kenzo Ramen last Friday, we headed over to Chatime. I had a free birthday drink waiting for me. I decided to use it towards a regular QQ lychee juice, which comes with tapioca and coconut jelly. I didn't know where to line up after placing my order. I finally figured it out when I saw the small ledge through the huge lineup. I like that you can purchase reusable straws that come with a cleaner. I want to get the purple one. Each kit goes for $5. My drink was ready. I got it, and drove my student and I back to the office. The lychee juice was great. I managed to suck a tapioca ball the wrong way and went into a coughing fit in my car. Luckily, my student knows CPR and didn't have to administer it on me. I now realize that tapioca can be hazardous to your health. Anyway, the tapioca and coconut jelly were delightful when eaten safely and properly! I don't normally visit Chatime, but will definitely go back. I finally found a drink here that I love, minus choking on the tapioca. (209)

One of the better places for bubble tea in town. Originally started from markham and eventually…read moremade it was here about 4 years ago. Drinks are consistent and quality is there. Its a cute and quite atmosphere. Decor is modern rustic with an open concept. I wouldnt take a first date here as the entire place can hear your conversations. It gets busy on fridays and saturdays especially during the summer time.. lines can easly be out the door. Found myself waiting average 20-30 minutes sometimes. They also dont take orders by phone sadly. Remember to sign up to be a member! Its free and youll get your 11th drink for free!!

Customer service is definitely NOT their strong point…read more Today is my bday and I came in, the male cashier is looking down doing something, and I asked if they still honoured a free bday drink. He said "Yes". while looking down and preparing a label/doing something for a takeout order. If a Customer is standing right in front of you, shouldn't you be taking their order, not putting a label on a drink? Anyway, cashier was just preoccupied doing something else and just walks away, saying that he'll be right back. When he finally comes back and scans my App, he says, "Oh, you haven't made a purchase recently...I can't give you a free drink. I can only give you a drink if you buy one now on the App. The bday drink is not for new customers." Wow. Just a waste of time, terrible customer service, and bad impression for someone who'll never be a regular customer of this chain. Terrible.

We got the white peach green tea and the bubble waffle with a scoop of ice cream. Could this be Mississauga's hidden gem for bubble tea? Possibly…read more I came across this place by chance and decided to give it a try. I got 3 drinks: one Jasmine green tea, one classic milk Boba tea and one pineapple tea with Boba. I was not that big of a fan of the pineapple but loved the other ones. I don't like the Boba used as I find it a little too chewy and the taste isn't as good as other Boba pearls I've had. I find this one to have a bit of stronger taste. It's a small shop, but cute. There are board games available and it gives off a cozy/chill vibe. When waiting for your drink, there's a seating area near the door and even a game you can try. The timer/game gives you the chance to win a free drink on the house if you manage to get a perfect 10:00 score (I mean you manage to stop the timer on that time). Product was well packaged. Drink was not too sweet despite not having adjusted the sweetness level, which I liked. The only thing for me was the waiting time which took forever, as in more than 20 minutes to be served. It was busy and there was only 1 person working. 1 person for the entire place, to make drinks and take the orders. I can imagine how much slower it would be during peak hours. I went during non-peak hours and there was only 2 people in store sitting down, yet it took me over 20 minutes to get my drinks.
