Social media. A blessing and a curse. An amazing tool to obtain information or the biggest time wasting pile of trash you can't get enough of that fills you with brain rot. What does this review have in common with social media? A lot. It starts with a name. Mr. Chime Time off of TikTok who is in his Atlanta food tour reviewing places both recommended and self-discovered. He came here and ordered the popular items and did a review on his TikTok channel so after hearing it buzz around social media, I knew I had to check it out. I have never had Venezuelan food either so this was pretty cool to check out considering I live near here so I needed to definitely try this little hidden gem of a place. Apparently, Todo Frito is a chain and they've done very well for themselves. This location is tucked in the Breckenridge Commons plaza off Breckenridge Rd in Duluth and it definitely is a hidden gem! The restaurant itself is a little tiny place that seats roughly 30 people between tables and booths with outdoor seating as well. The staff is courteous, professional, and prompt with their customer interactions. There isn't much "serving" going on as the ladies who work there don't really set the tables or bus the tables either but the point of service portion between customer and establishment is very efficient. They don't lay down menus there, you come up and look at the menu before ordering and they wait for you to order so that's refreshing in terms of customer service. So I had to go with the AREPAS, an extremely messy, flavorful, saucy mix of shredded beef, coleslaw, house sauces, that takes up space between two maize flatbread patties. Get ready for it because it comes out piping hot! But it's well worth the finger burn because this is the real deal. The shredded beef is flavorful, rich, complex with the spices, and tender. The maize flatbread is toasted beautiful that adds a definitive crunch. The sauce mix both has this mayo with a garlic punch with an additional tomato based sauce that is drizzled into it. The queso de mano I'll admit isn't melted enough when the sandwich arrives and you'll have to wait for it to melt in a decent manner which is why waiting to eat the stuff is key because the moment I started on my second arepa, the cheese melted adding a whole new texture to an already wide swatch of textures that were going on. The cabbage coleslaw isn't as creamy and adds a very different crunch that adds freshness to the whole sandwich and it's that slaw that ties the whole thing together. I don't have much of a reference to know what to gauge good Venezuelan food on but with this being my first taste into Venezuelan food, I'm thoroughly impressed with it and will go back to try some other ones. The only gripe I have is that it can be a bit pricey. Not TOO pricey but when the sandwiches start at $12.99 plus tax (service charge) and then they charge for water at an extra $1, $15+ for two arepas is a bit excessive. However, if you're okay with the pricepoint, then by all means check out this location in Duluth. You could also visit their other locations throughout the ATL area! read more

As a non venezuelan. This type of food is a little over rated especially for the price point. The tequnios seemed a little old sitting out and not as fresh as they could of been. The shreaded beef is a little salty. Servers are nice and the place is clean read more

Friendly Staff. I ended up getting the cachapas, which the meat was delicious. I wish it had maybe some beans and tomatoes to help balance how rich the meat and cheese were. The cachapas corn was sweet, giving the whole meal a really great savory flavor. Drink options are from a can, didn't notice if they had anything else that was special on that front, so i just got water. I would have liked to have an option to add some hot sauce, maybe a Pineapple Habanero sauce to go with the cachapas but when I asked for sauce, they gave me their specialty sauce which was a mayo/aoli based cream with cilantro and some other seasonings. It was good, but just added more to the richness of the dish. The location was slow, caught them during the week off from lunch. Lots of really tasty empanadas. I have not gotten to eat all of them, but I imagine they will be just as tasty as the cachapas. Overall, i would give them a 8/10. They are high up there but I have been do other Venezuelan restaurants and this place is maybe second to Arepe Mia in Decatur which is closer to me. The good: the sandwich bread is some of the best I've ever had. Garlic mayo really punches you in the face with lots of flavor. The bad: I've had 4 large group orders placed through DoorDash and 3 of the 4 times someone's order was completely wrong. The fourth time the order was cancelled. Seems like they just give you want you want and not what you ask for. Also, be prepared to wait longer than the estimated delivery time because my order is late every single time and that with the express delivery charge. Went today for my brothers birthday. It was amazing. We ordered arepas and the patacon with chicken which were delicious! The service was great and we even got some chocolate cake with a candle for dessert. They made it really special for us! 10/10 recommend. read more

The staff were super nice and and respectful. My wife and I ordered the Frito burger and the cheeseburger. The cheeseburger was dense fried cheese in place of the bun and it was perfectly crisp and delicious. Tiny slivered fried potatoes were a nice and tasty surprise. We washed all that down with a really refreshing pabellon con limon, that had free refills. We had a taste of the barbecue sirloin they were smoking outside and it was juicy, so we took an order to go for later. We will be visiting again! read more

Todo frito means that everything will be fried - so as long as you go in with that expectation you'll walk out again with a grin. We got a little bit of everything to share family-style, and we have bulging bellies but no regrets. Our favorites were the pataćon (pork, with sweet plantain) and of course the nostalgic tequeños, which are like mozzarella sticks but better. We may be eating fruits and vegetables only for the next three days, but it was well worth it. Next time we visit I hope the tequeguayabas (guava and cheese) aren't sold out. read more
