PAN CON QUESO

Service was nice, but food was a bit too salty for my taste. Looked new and clean- find inside Talpa!

#1 with chicken

I was recommended this place by a friend because they have good empanadas. I was pretty hungry so I tried an arepa instead and the cashier helped me choose because I told her it was my first time trying one. The service was so friendly and very nice. The food was amazing. I had the #1 with chicken but I want to try shredded beef next time. I'd definitely visit again and will bring my husband next time.

My bf and I were craving Venezuelan food today, so I looked for a Venezuelan place nearby and Zuarepa was the closest. My bf had been there before but it was my first time there. I really liked the service and overall place; very clean and bright. My bf and I we're both Venezuelans so we're familiar with the food. I was especially craving cachapas; if you like corn and cheese, you will love it. My bf was craving empanadas and tequeños and both were very delicious. The empanadas were warm and the fillings were cooked to perfection. On the other hand, the tequeños were crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.. just great! Enza, our server, was very helpful and nice. I will definitely recommend this place and I'll be going regularly for sure.

Never had Venezuelan fast food before! Food came out fast and was really fresh. I really enjoyed my meal! I would for sure come back for lunch or dinner when I'm back in the area!

Delicious spot for Venezuelan food. Portions are generous and food quality is high. Customer service is friendly and space is clean. Will return for sure. 4.7 stars rounded up. Thank you for being here!

Delicious! I love the green sauce Zu arepa: number 1 on the menu

Delicious!!! I couldn't really understand why the ratings were lower but I read them and noticed it wasn't really issues with the food but with the store, cleanliness, or customer service! Cashier was really sweet. She recommended all the empanadas and the number 1 on the menu and it was incredible. We got chicken and cheese empanadas. I only briefly took a look around and the store looked clean. It was later in the evening so it wasn't like hot inside/outside. Didn't see too many staff members or see anything in terms of gloves, hair nets, etc. wasn't particularly looking hard though. I would definitely come back 1000%

The food taste good and portion sizes are decent. I ordered arepa reina and it was great, I also ordered the cheese sticks tequenos and they tasted undercooked, I pointed out to the server and she sent it back to cook longer. It came back better but it was still undercooked. They play very loud music and don't use A/C or heater, get your food to go!

I ordered via a delivery app during COVID times. I got a chorizo patacon, and while it was a simple dish, the bang for buck ratio was amazing, and the flavor was amazing! The portion is also huge - the sandwich felt like it was two servings and I was so full afterwards. Would definitely order again when I am craving some south american flavors!

Most places around just offer the mini sized ones, so when I came across Los Maracuchos online and saw the more standard sized ones, we set out for an adventure. Driving up, we were a bit confused. We didn't realize at first, but it's actually located inside the Wyndham Garden Hotel. We parked and stepped inside, and walked up to the hostess/waitress at the restaurant. She seated us and showed us where the QR code on the table was to view the menu. We already had an idea as to what we wanted, so we placed the order as soon as she came to check on us. She was very helpful, kind, and so lovely! To drink, I enjoyed a papelón con limón. It was very refreshing, especially on this hot summer day. To eat (because we knew we would want to take things home as well), we ordered 4 orders of tequeños (4 come in 1 order), 3 cheese empanadas, and 1 cheese cachapa. Everything was absolutely delicious! The tequeños were cheesy and exceeded our expectations! Of course the garlic sauce that came with it was divine. The empanadas were probably the crunchiest we've ever had--so great and flavorful! The cachapa was perfectly balanced with savory cheese, sweet corn cake, and tangy nata sauce. So, did we find the best tequeño in the area? YES!!! We will definitely be returning to try more things! Thank you for serving us!

Let me begin by the service - fantastic. Unsure of her name, but she was the only individual working there. When we arrived, the place was empty. The experience felt very personal, she would approach our table, give us suggestions on her favorites (which were spot on) and was just a joy to be around. As for food, we ordered 2 Mandocas (fried plantains w/brown sugar + cheese). Delicious! I ordered a veggie quesadilla which had french fries as an accompaniment. The quesadilla had unique additions you wouldn't normally find in other establishments such as zucchini, squash, corn, carrots, etc. It was delightful and much more filling than looks suggest. My girlfriend ordered the Arepitas - Two white corn patty stuffed with shredded chicken or pork, lettuce, 4 cheese, ketchup and home mayo. She enjoyed it and also said it was pretty filling. For drinks, I ordered venezuelan soda (Frescolita) which is essentially cream soda + bubblegum. Weird, I know but it's fantastic. My girlfriend ordered passionfruit juice which was very refreshing. Our total (pre-tip) ended up being around 33 dollars which is great. We recommend trying this place out in favour of other nearby Venezuelan restaurants in order to have a unique experience and great service.

We ordered two arepas (reina pepiada, carne) and two empanadas (cheese and chicken) and were given a buzzer to come back when they were done. The food was so delicious! I am still thinking about the arepa, the outside of the corn cake was so crispy and the inside was moist. The best part was the salsa de ajo, a white garlic sauce that the owner was nice enough to give me extra containers of. I also ordered Chicha, which the owner explained is a Venezuelan drink similar to horchata--it is definitely more the consistency of a milkshake and I was not expecting that, so keep this in mind if ordering for the first time! The location is in a mall food court, so there is a play area next to the food stall and lots of arcade games, plenty of things for kids of any age range. Pricing was great as well. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I am certain that we will be back, even if just for take-out.

I ordered a lot of different items from the menu, as I wasn't really sure which I would like. The portions are huge and very generous! The food is sooo good. My favorite is the arepas with shredded beef, cheese, black beans and sweet plantains. (Though all the things I tried were super good.) The restaurant is in the back of the mall at the food court. Try this place. Also the white cream sauce, is like a garlic sauce or something, it's super fire!!! Get an extra one of those if possible. The workers are also very nice and friendly. Everything served hot and fresh, you can't go wrong! I'm a picky, finicky eater...Please believe me. All my family and friends tell me I need to be a professional food critic. This food is worth it. Most Venezuelan restaurants only serve it on Sundays, but here you can come anytime and they'll have it ready. That alone makes it worth coming back. The portions overall are generous and filling, but the empanadas are on the smaller side for the price. They do have a ton of different fillings though -- grilled beef, pabellón, chicken, cheese, ham and cheese, and more. My favorite is definitely the grilled beef one. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it's a bit pricey. Two people can easily spend around $60. It's located inside a gas station, which actually makes it kind of cool -- they also sell a bunch of Venezuelan snacks and groceries there, though most of them are overpriced too. Still, it's super convenient since it's close to my house. Right next to Quesitos there's a small bakery that sells Venezuelan desserts like tres leches and brazo gitano, so you can really get all your cravings in one stop. The service today was amazing. A Mexican guy helped us and his attention was 10/10 -- super polite, friendly, and fast. That honestly stood out to me because sometimes service at Venezuelan restaurants can be hit or miss, but he did a great job. Just to clarify, I'm talking specifically about the Quesitos Express location on 3270 Steve Reynolds Boulevard in Duluth, Georgia. I couldn't find it here on Yelp, so I'm leaving my review under this one since it's the same company. Everything I mentioned (and the photo I'm adding) is from that location. Overall, Quesitos is a great spot for Venezuelan comfort food if you don't mind paying a little extra.
