Celida's Cafe is a Venezuelan food place that really stands up. Different kinds of arepas full of content, Cachapas and empanadas made fresh for you. True venezuelan cheese, not the plastic that you buy in the supermarkets. Malta, Frescolita and Chicha. And the Salsita de Ajo that really hits the spot. Felt back home

Delicious coffee and cachapas (corn pancakes with cheese). Both the ladies that work there are so sweet. They are located in the food court of Plaza Las Americas. If you haven't tried Venezuelan food or love Venezuelan food, I recommend trying them out. Their menu also includes arepas, breakfast foods, empanadas, and paella.

I love celidas cafe! I come here for the empanadas, very big, such great flavor. They have shredded chicken, shredded beef, cheese. I definitely recommend trying Celida's! It's a hidden gem inside the plaza by zaxbys off pleasant hill. The arepas look amazing but I have not tried yet.

Most places around just offer the mini sized ones, so when I came across Los Maracuchos online and saw the more standard sized ones, we set out for an adventure. Driving up, we were a bit confused. We didn't realize at first, but it's actually located inside the Wyndham Garden Hotel. We parked and stepped inside, and walked up to the hostess/waitress at the restaurant. She seated us and showed us where the QR code on the table was to view the menu. We already had an idea as to what we wanted, so we placed the order as soon as she came to check on us. She was very helpful, kind, and so lovely! To drink, I enjoyed a papelón con limón. It was very refreshing, especially on this hot summer day. To eat (because we knew we would want to take things home as well), we ordered 4 orders of tequeños (4 come in 1 order), 3 cheese empanadas, and 1 cheese cachapa. Everything was absolutely delicious! The tequeños were cheesy and exceeded our expectations! Of course the garlic sauce that came with it was divine. The empanadas were probably the crunchiest we've ever had--so great and flavorful! The cachapa was perfectly balanced with savory cheese, sweet corn cake, and tangy nata sauce. So, did we find the best tequeño in the area? YES!!! We will definitely be returning to try more things! Thank you for serving us!

Let me begin by the service - fantastic. Unsure of her name, but she was the only individual working there. When we arrived, the place was empty. The experience felt very personal, she would approach our table, give us suggestions on her favorites (which were spot on) and was just a joy to be around. As for food, we ordered 2 Mandocas (fried plantains w/brown sugar + cheese). Delicious! I ordered a veggie quesadilla which had french fries as an accompaniment. The quesadilla had unique additions you wouldn't normally find in other establishments such as zucchini, squash, corn, carrots, etc. It was delightful and much more filling than looks suggest. My girlfriend ordered the Arepitas - Two white corn patty stuffed with shredded chicken or pork, lettuce, 4 cheese, ketchup and home mayo. She enjoyed it and also said it was pretty filling. For drinks, I ordered venezuelan soda (Frescolita) which is essentially cream soda + bubblegum. Weird, I know but it's fantastic. My girlfriend ordered passionfruit juice which was very refreshing. Our total (pre-tip) ended up being around 33 dollars which is great. We recommend trying this place out in favour of other nearby Venezuelan restaurants in order to have a unique experience and great service.

Since I ordered delivery via UberEats, I can't speak on the ambiance. However, service was great, as they were quick to accept my order and packed it up nicely. I ordered: -tequeños- cheese sticks (5) for $6.48. The price was less expensive than another restaurant I was looking at that only gave 3 for $6.50, and even less than a restaurant I often order from that charges $3.99 for just 1! -Arepa $9.98. It's your choice of protein (pulled beef/carne mechada, grilled beef/carne asada, pulled chicken/pollo mechado, grilled chicken/pollo asado, sweet beef/lomo negro), veggies (lettuce/lechuga, tomato/tomate, pico de gallo-chopped tomatoes, onions, and cilantro), cheese (white cheese/queso de mano, grated white cheese/queso blanco rollado, grated yellow cheese/queso amarillo rallado), and sauces/salsas (tartar/tatara, ketchup, mayor mustard, cheddar, corn, bacon, pink/salsa rosada, spicy picante). You also select whether you want your arepa grilled/asada or fried/frita. ***I selected a grilled arepa with pulled chicken, lettuce, queso de mano, salsa rosada and spicy picante. While my arepa had the correct chicken and sauces, I received a fried arepa instead with grated white cheese and pico de gallo. Not sure if they made some substitutions because they were out of the ingredients I ordered or if the changes were made by error. Next time, I'd suggest notifying the customer and discussing options which is why I sadly docked off a star, but I'm still happy with my meal over all. Luckily, I like pico, all cheeses, and fried arepas too. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and delicious. The chicken was juicy. The sauces were great. The tequeños were addictive. The tastes were incredible. The prices were fair. I'm excited to try the empanadas and cachapas next, and am looking forward to introducing my boyfriend to this place. He's Venezuelan and I'm sure he will love it too.

It was early so the dining room had only two or three occupied tables and no one at the bar in the back yet. I was greeted immediately and waited a short time for my order to be ready. All the way home I could smell delicious odors from the bag! I ordered Churrasco de Entrada which is grilled skirt steak with chimichurri sauce and two sides. The steak was amazing! Tender, juicy, melted in my mouth. I had grilled vegetables and baked potato for sides. The vegetables were a mixture of broccoli, cauliflower, pea pods, carrots, and zucchini. They were cooked well and flavored with garlic. The foil packet of potatoes contained three small round potatoes also perfectly cooked through not seasoned at all. The meal came with three small dinner rolls and a few packets of butter. Everything was flavorful and delicious; garlic was quite strong though which I loved but might not be everyone's liking. I also ordered Alfajores from the bakery section for dessert. These are little sandwiches with soft shortbread cookies on the outside and soft dulce de leche and coconut filling between them. Four came in the box. This meal was at least two servings for me and it was a wonderful experience. I look forward to eating in the restaurant next time.

The location is in a small plaza with hard time to park because of the amount of businesses around. The restaurant is big with a lot of tables and good for big groups but too dark for my taste, the windows are so dark from outside that if it wasn't for the " open" sign you would think it is close. The food is good, I liked the quality of the chorizo and the skirt steak was grilled properly. I wished the fries were "fresh-cut", I understand that frozen fries are easier but a good steak deserves good fries. Another thing that lowers the experience is that the condiments like ketchup and mayonnaise are in packets like a fast food chain. The service was standard, I had to call my server everytime I wanted a refill. ( even thought the restaurant wasn't full).
