I can't speak on the ambiance as I've never been to this restaurant in person. I've ordered several times from here in the past couple years, and every time has been a great delivery experience. So far my mom and I have tried the beef empanadas, the salad, the side order rice, the Plato Montañero, arepa ropavieja, the lentil soup, and the huge Tamal Antioqueno. I believe this is the only Colombian restaurant I've ever tried food from, so I have nothing to compare it to so far. However, every single item we've tried has been in excellent quality - great flavors and portions for reasonable prices. Everything we have ordered so far we would get again. My favorite items from this place are the Colombian pork tamal and the rice they serve. The tamal is moist and loaded with meat and veggies. It reminds me of Puerto Rican or Dominican pasteles a little bit compared to Mexican tamales. I love them all! The delivery service has always been great thru third parties at this establishment. Haven't had any issues so far, and the orders have been accurate and wrapped well to avoid spills even with the soups. I would definitely continue to order from here and would like to try more items over time.

    Crispy tasty pork belly.

Pork belly & Fish! I had a side of rice & you must try the creole beans! The fish comes with arepa, rice, & beams. Thwbeans are so flavorful.will definitely try the steak next.

The food was really good. Our first time trying arepas. Not expensive at all. We will return.

I wish I remembered to take pictures of my food but I devoured it all the second I got home. The food is DELICIOUS. I'm Colombian and this felt like home. Very hard to find a good Colombian restaurant in this area. I have no idea how I've never came across this one. I definitely recommend! The restaurant is decorated so nicely. The service is great. I will continue to come in and buy my empanadas and buñuelos! Yum!!!!

    Hair in the rice!

NASTY FOOD!!! There were several hairs found in the rice when I called the restaurant about this issue they hung up without apologizing!!

Naunie's is a marriage of Jamaican and Hispanic Caribbean foods. The owners are actually of Jamaican and Black/Hispanic descent, they grew up surrounded by these foods. I stopped by Naunie's looking to appease a craving for Good Caribbean food. *Swoon* I ordered the Fadda's Oxtails with peas and rice and cabbage. I also noted that besides beef they had spinach Pattie's and picked one of these up too. The first bite was of the spinach patty and it is by no means Just spinach, the spices were a pleasant surprise and I knew I was in for a treat. I next broke into the tender flavorful oxtails, yummy. If you've ever tried and failed to cook oxtails, put away your insta pot and pull up here. They are well spiced and with the rice and peas, you don't miss on any of the sauce cause they soak it up. The cabbage was cooked, but not over cooked with some carrots added for flavor, in addition to just the right amount of seasoning. By the time I got around to the plantain it was cold, my bad as I wasn't focused on anything beyond the main meal. The interior of the restaurant is clean, colorful, quaint, and post Covid smart with four tables and a long window bar that seats three. I choose to sit and eat without worry or concern as the place was spotless. I will be back! Thank you Naunie's! Tip: they also have Wi-Fi.

I was greeted with a smile and placed an order for an empanada combo. I tried beef, cheese and chicken empanadas. The beef was my favorite. But the others were delicious and my family loved them. It was the exact OPPOSITE! I ordered the lechon with comes with Black beans, rice and plantains. The rice - gummy gelatinous exterior, not fresh. The beans - The slightest of flavor and a 2 out of 5. They were not watery which only good thing about it. The plantains - The only item that was fantastic. It had a burnt slight crisp on the outside and were actually the best plantains I've ever had. I had to mix little bites of them to be able to eat any of the food. The lechon - in the photos they look really good. Even the photo I took did not look the same as in person as it shows on camera. Pale in color (old not fresh), dry and horrible flavor if I can even call it that. What a huge disappointment overall. The good: The girl cashier was nice and helpful when we asked if the dirty table could be cleaned before we sat. It's a cute interior to grab a quick bite. Music was good. They make fresh empanadas to order.

My first impression was that it looked like we're going to be eating in the middle of a grocery store. It is a little cramped, but cozy. However.., it does give me the Guatemala vibes. The food is in a cafeteria style setting. Where I would imagine it is changed around every day. It did seem like they have staple foods there as well. Tamales, chuchitos, etc. I chose to get a few things to try it out. Starting with Caldo de Gallina (hen soup) - hearty portion, big and with plenty of chicken and veggies. Tasty and comforting food. I also got a couple of Pupusas (tortillas with pork and cheese) as well as a chicken empanada. Everything was delicious and although it was warmed up, it tasted almost freshly made. This establishment is missing a Panaderia (bakery) to get the Pan Dulce (sweet bread) and other goodies. Strolling through the aisles of the store does give me nostalgia and reminds me of Guatemala for sure. Will be back in the future to try some other things from there.

It was early so the dining room had only two or three occupied tables and no one at the bar in the back yet. I was greeted immediately and waited a short time for my order to be ready. All the way home I could smell delicious odors from the bag! I ordered Churrasco de Entrada which is grilled skirt steak with chimichurri sauce and two sides. The steak was amazing! Tender, juicy, melted in my mouth. I had grilled vegetables and baked potato for sides. The vegetables were a mixture of broccoli, cauliflower, pea pods, carrots, and zucchini. They were cooked well and flavored with garlic. The foil packet of potatoes contained three small round potatoes also perfectly cooked through not seasoned at all. The meal came with three small dinner rolls and a few packets of butter. Everything was flavorful and delicious; garlic was quite strong though which I loved but might not be everyone's liking. I also ordered Alfajores from the bakery section for dessert. These are little sandwiches with soft shortbread cookies on the outside and soft dulce de leche and coconut filling between them. The location is in a small plaza with hard time to park because of the amount of businesses around. The restaurant is big with a lot of tables and good for big groups but too dark for my taste, the windows are so dark from outside that if it wasn't for the " open" sign you would think it is close. The food is good, I liked the quality of the chorizo and the skirt steak was grilled properly. I wished the fries were "fresh-cut", I understand that frozen fries are easier but a good steak deserves good fries. Another thing that lowers the experience is that the condiments like ketchup and mayonnaise are in packets like a fast food chain. The service was standard, I had to call my server everytime I wanted a refill. ( even thought the restaurant wasn't full).
