He told us stuff to look out for so the tree would not be damaged. Everyone on the phones was nice. Rob's crew that did the job was really friendly. Rob showed us exactly what he'd do and gave time to ask questions. The crew did a good job with the work. Rob checked with me before the job was complete to make sure I was happy and also checked with the neighbors to make sure they didn't want more cut over their property. He also pointed out some other trees that might have problems and cleaned some leaves off of our roof that were not due to their trimming but they did the extra service because maybe there were some twigs up there from the cut. Would definitely work with Mr Falls Tree Expert again.

If you are considering using them for tree cables --- I would look elsewhere. Here's why: December 2022: Cable breaks on large oak tree and is replaced by Mr. Falls Crew. March 2025: The same large oak tree was pruned to prevent the cables from breaking.  August 2025: The same cable breaks again. Foreman at Mr. Falls replaces it and apologized to us because he said the Falls crew that installed the cable in 12/2022 did it wrong, and that's why it broke.  February 2026: The same cable breaks again... for the third time in a span of less than 3.5 years.  Bear in mind that tree cables are supposed to last 20+ years. It's now June 2026 and we're still waiting for a Falls Tree crew to come out and fix it (after saying they would on at least three different occasions over the phone). If you're looking for tree cabling, you want a communicative company who can stand behind their work. After waiting 3+ months, it appears they do not.
