Others were outrageous, one in particular, which is close to my house, was STUPID CRAZY. Any who, when Kmitt's arrived for the job, it was the same guy, Pat, who quoted the job. Not a salesman, I did not have to reiterate with the guys what was originally quoted. And that's a biggie! They went over the branches and rooting and corrected items I did not even consider. Isaac also spotted several dangerously leaning trees that other pros had overlooked on their inspection of our property. And he creatively recommended forestry mulching, a method I had not previously heard of, as a time-efficient and lasting alternative to using a pole-saw to trim branches away from our long driveway. The tree was massive and it would have demolished my home (had it split and fallen over). The tree was an imminent threat to my home, the lake, my neighbors home and the public (who utilize the lake). This was an emergency status! Several other tree services had come to my house. All of them confirmed how bad the situation was. None of them prioritized the removal of the tree nor did they follow up with me. Frankly, I don't believe that the other tree services had the capacity to do the job. More than a week went by. I was sweating-bullets! I believe that the tree would have fallen during the next wind gust. Cody came to my home and saw how dire the situation was. He prioritized taking down my tree due to the risk and danger it presented. Cody and his crew were there the very next day with his Grove (200 foot) crane.
