The process also involved multiple delays and reschedules, and despite trying to be understanding about weather and equipment issues, the final result still left us dealing with additional cleanup problems and unresolved concerns. Overall, this experience was stressful, poorly communicated, and not what we paid or planned for. I would strongly encourage others to get every single detail in writing before hiring this company.
