Basically, just trying to get a local manager on the phone with me! First season with them, weeds spread throughout the yard. Repeated phone calls and complaints, led to maybe one free application. They tell you to call if weeds don't die 10-14 days after application, well you call and they say it hasn't been enough time or it's too close to the next scheduled application and nothing happens. I REALLY should have trusted my gut and cancelled this summer. But, they talked me in to staying by giving me a really good price. Here I am 5 months later, yard is overtaken by weeds, the price has gone up and I cannot get a manager to talk to me about this, and continuing to battle for any sort of communication from the company.
