Max Tree Service then ground the stump, brought in topsoil and spread the grass seed and straw. Others were outrageous, one in particular, which is close to my house, was STUPID CRAZY. Any who, when Kmitt's arrived for the job, it was the same guy, Pat, who quoted the job. Not a salesman, I did not have to reiterate with the guys what was originally quoted. And that's a biggie! They went over the branches and rooting and corrected items I did not even consider. They removed all debris, the tree looked fabulous. My wife did not even recognize it. Super friendly, prompt, great attention to detail and AFFORDABLE!

The crew consisting of Aaron, Rory, Kyle, and Josh all were respectful, knowledgeable, helpful, and they worked diligently to get the job completed. One star is not even acceptable. Did a job for me, edging,…read moremulch, and top dressing. Total Job was little over 6K. I set the expectations up front I want a quality job. I asked, to NOT leave me with a mess. 18 yards of Nutri-blend topsoil to top dress my yard, and they missed many areas. I also asked they fill in low areas, and they did not rake out the low areas. At the end they found every way to upcharge me. I asked to Manager/owner to come look at the job and he refused. When i tried to have a conversation about the job he found every excuse to cover his butt. Would not Come look at the terrible job. At the end of the day they needed a little extra effort to finish raking the mulch and dirt out. The guys that came out were hard workers that worked the entire time. Biggest problem was the finishing, that little extra effort to smooth out the dirt they put down in the low areas and make the mulch smooth instead of little round piles everywhere would have made a big difference.

The ten year employees would never do this AND the employees said this "liquid" was from the trailer.... It's extremely unprofessional, especially with the hour job they did, along with them both leaving the property with the opportunity to relieve themselves any other place, rather than here, then lie about it.... We were going to schedule more work when they were available, but after speaking with the office we will pass. If they cannot tell the truth about this, I'd be concerned them not being truthful if they did something else and you did not have video of the situation. My toddler does not do this behavior, but yet this wahoo did. The company and OPS management Dan stated that this is a "landscaping thing", nothing they can do to remedy the issue. Absolutely pathetic, disgusting, and the most unprofessional experience I've ever encountered. They also will argue with you after said issue with their company and call you days later just to do so.
