He and his crew worked safely and efficiently, and they did an excellent job cleaning up every bit of the tree debris when the work was finished. What really impressed me was that Andy went above and beyond by coming back with a load of dirt and grass seed to help restore the area where the stump was removed. That level of customer service and attention to detail is hard to find these days. If you need tree work done, Topside Tree Service is the company to call. Five stars all the way!

He is consistent in that he will lie to you several times and tell you things that a so-called professional would not say (truck is broke down, employee left, etc, etc.). Jordan does not seem to be too sophisticated either, and I can only recommend him if you enjoy being lied to repeatedly while trying to insult your intelligence at the same time. You would be better off hiring a couple of ex-felons in a beat up old pick up truck because there is a better chance that they would show up and complete the work.

Louis and crew worked 12+ hours the first day and finished in 5 hours 2 days later. Beautiful work, professional, friendly crew. Prompt acquisition of materials from out of state so scheduling was quick. Cost was same as estimate. Minor problem with discoloration on two shingles and new worker replaced them a couple weeks later without a hitch. Sales rep always answered phone when questions arose, though e-mailing was variable. Be sure to request wood platform under dumpster if placed on your drive since this is not a given. Follow up to be sure all parties (project manager, sales rep, work crew) are on the same page with specific plans (e.g., shed work). Another request I would make, for safety, is to not have workers on roof for a good hour + after pitch dark, esp. since they had to come back to finish anyway. Overall very happy. Hope these Class 4 shingles measure up to their promise. Thank you, Silver Leaf!
