We had a large white pine tree fall on our house and deck Sunday afternoon. Andy came out within a half hour gave us a quote and was back Monday morning at 9 AM to clean it up. By noon, the majority of the job was complete and by 2 PM you would've never known a tree that size fell. A very responsible young man and company to work with. We got a quote from this company to have three trees cut down. Came out, viewed the area, quoted us, we accepted and were scheduled. Originally had us scheduled for the work on Friday May 14th. They arrived with their truck and turns out, said truck won't fit between our house and the neighbors. They told my husband they'd have to call a local rent company they use to get a needed truck. Rescheduled us then for the following Thursday, May 20th. On Tuesday, May 18th, they reached out to my husband to say they had to push our work back another week. That a ''commercial job that has been waiting to get done for 30 days'' needed cared after. Third appointment was for May 26th. On May 24th, we received a message from the company telling us the work was getting pushed ANOTHER week. That the owner had to go to the doctor concerning his side and having his gall bladder removed back in February. Here we are on June 1st, the newest scheduled appointment. It is now after 11 am, and they have not shown. They have not called. They have not answered their phone. I do NOT recommend this company. Pricing may be great, the guy may seem kind and caring, but work does not get done. You will get pushed and pushed and pushed back further on their schedule. read more
