During install they tracked adhesive all over the floor. It was an adhesive that was not approved by the floor material mfg. Now they cant get it off. The install started 1/13/25. Nearly 3 months and they wont respond to our request to replace the floor. I had one visit by the VP of operations who said they would make good but I am not confident in their promise. The company has referred us to an insurance company and they told us WE have to go get three quotes to replace the floor. I will never recommend this company.
