UPDATED REVIEW***
Mr Tango, the owner of the company, contacted me personally after reading my review, he was very apologetic, professional and pragmatic. He offered to meet with me and evaluate the situation. He was prompt and communication with him was easy and responsive. We were able to reach a compromise, they repaired all of the issues and I must say this experience was much more in line with what I'd hoped for in initially hiring the company. I can't give a full five stars, since my experience for the first 6 months was so poor, but I now would recommend this company to family and friends in need of siding, gutter and roof work.
Do you like contractors who do unnecessary work, are a pain to get to show up and leave your house in worse shape than when they started?? Then these are the guys for you!!! I hired them because of their overwhelmingly positive online reviews. After working with them, I strongly suspect those reviews may be fake, planted by either the company or friends and family. That being said, I'll share my experience and let you judge for yourself.
The Short Version of my experience: the company was very unreliable and unprofessional in doing an estimate and scheduling the work. They did unnecessary work and never fixed the problem that I hired them to address in the first place. They ended up causing damage to my home during their work and refused to acknowledge or repair the damage. They refused to offer any type of refund or remedy the problem. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
The Long Version:
I contacted the company and explained the repairs that needed done: I had two spots on the corners of gutters that were leaking water from the seam. Mike, the guy in charge, made and then canceled or no showed/no called to five appointments. Every time I called him, he made some excuse and assured me that he would get back to me- he never did and I foolishly continued to follow up. Eventually (after several months) he did come out and do an assessment. He was nice enough (he is trying to sell you on repairs after all) and he ended up recommending some work that I was unsure was needed. He talked me into having a few larger downspouts installed, and since I thought he was an expert, I agreed. When it came to scheduling, it was again the same process of multiple calls to ask when the work would be done, with again many empty excuses and promises to schedule soon with no follow through. After waiting several months AGAIN, they did come and do the work. Within a week (once it rained) it was obvious that their repairs had done nothing. I called and after waiting another month, they can back to look at the problem. During this assessment, one of their repairmen jumped from one part of the roof on to a small overhang, which caused a loud crunching sound- predictably, after a few weeks, this part of the roof started to sag. Again, they failed to fix the leaking gutter and now I have a huge expense involved in fixing the overhang. After this last repair session, I started to get texts from Mike about paying my Bill- I was hesitant to do so since I was skeptical that their repairs had worked. I did end up paying them (BIG MISTAKE!) and I haven't heard from them since. I have tried to contact them many times about this situation, but they either don't pick up or say "We'll look into it" without any follow through.
Please, do not trust this company to come and do work at your home- they will not respect your home or stand by their work. My money is gone and my house now needs more, much more expensive work- don't let this happen to you and your family!! read more
