Such a statement was a gross misrepresentation. They did not complete the excavating job. They were to spread grass seed and claimed they did. But 2 months later, there was no sign of grass growing. There were large amounts of rocks that were concealed under straw rather than cleared away for a smooth lawn. I brought a legal action aginst them. I was awarded a judgment in Portage County Muncipal Court and they refuse to pay. I would not recommend this Company.
