Isaac also spotted several dangerously leaning trees that other pros had overlooked on their inspection of our property. While I did not hire Scofield, I can definitely say Isaac is knowledgeable and cares about his customers (even prospective ones).

Louis and crew worked 12+ hours the first day and finished in 5 hours 2 days later. Beautiful work, professional, friendly crew. Prompt acquisition of materials from out of state so scheduling was quick. Cost was same as estimate. Minor problem with discoloration on two shingles and new worker replaced them a couple weeks later without a hitch. Sales rep always answered phone when questions arose, though e-mailing was variable. Be sure to request wood platform under dumpster if placed on your drive since this is not a given. Follow up to be sure all parties (project manager, sales rep, work crew) are on the same page with specific plans (e.g., shed work). Another request I would make, for safety, is to not have workers on roof for a good hour + after pitch dark, esp. since they had to come back to finish anyway. Overall very happy. Hope these Class 4 shingles measure up to their promise. Thank you, Silver Leaf!
