Others were outrageous, one in particular, which is close to my house, was STUPID CRAZY. Any who, when Kmitt's arrived for the job, it was the same guy, Pat, who quoted the job. Not a salesman, I did not have to reiterate with the guys what was originally quoted. And that's a biggie! They went over the branches and rooting and corrected items I did not even consider. They removed all debris, the tree looked fabulous. My wife did not even recognize it. Super friendly, prompt, great attention to detail and AFFORDABLE!

Eventually only Lisa (the "president")replied to me through a series of the most unprofessional, ridiculous and contradictory emails I've veer received. Threatening to sue my ex husband and I for defamation and put a lean on our home if I posted a review. Only offering my ex and I a partial refund, claiming we were trying to get free services even though we used their expertise before without any issues. It's been over a year and we still have their supplies and the stump they failed to remove on our property. I am going to update my review with images of these emails.

Worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life! My mother's allotment was having some…read morework done to their pare trees, and they completely butchered them. They had many complaints throughout the day, and for good reason! When they got to my mother's condo she politely ask them to move her potted plants out from underneath the tree they were working on and they were very rude. One of the men got into an argument with my mom and made her cry. She is 73! I immediately went outside to call the phone number on the side of the truck and explained that my mother was treated poorly and I was upset about the manner of unprofessionalism used by one of the employees. No answer; I left a message. To my surprise I got a call back from the owner who was in fact the very employee that argued with my mother. He asked me what my problem was and I explained I didn't like the way my mother was spoken to. He then asked me if I had noticed how my mother was "a whiny baby"! I noticed the owner was on his cell phone outside I told him that I could see him and he said he could see me. He then asked me to show him what the problem was. He then came over and started belittling my mother and then me. I couldn't believe it, I asked him to please leave the property but he refused! He then started using curse words, pretty much all of them! His employees were gathered around and I ask them if this was their boss. None of them were embarrassed and they actually seems to take joy in their boss acting like a small child. I told him that I was going to report him to the Board of Directors of the association and then he would not be able to work here again. He was actually delighted and she said that everyone in the allotment was a psychopath and crazy. He then poked his finger into my chest trying to be tough guy and walked away. I immediately called the board members with my mother to explain the situation. They were spoken to and they finish their job and they left. They actually did such a poor job that a few of the board members wives wouldn't let them touch their trees. So now this nice little allotment has a whole bunch of butchered trees and 3 that are untouched. I have a hard time even calling this man a business. Under no circumstance should anyone ever hire him to do anything.
