In response to a polite comment thanking someone for sharing cultural information, the owner replied with profanity and an ableist slur, telling someone to "shut up" in a vulgar and hostile way. This wasn't a misunderstanding or a private exchange -- it was public, aggressive, and completely unprofessional. If this is how the owner talks to strangers online, it raises serious concerns about how customers are treated when there's a disagreement or issue on a job. Skill matters, but so does character and professionalism. I would not feel comfortable trusting someone with work in my home who speaks to people this way. There are plenty of contractors who can do good work without resorting to insults and hate. Choose wisely.
