Silly me believed them and never thought about the saw dust. It was a huge oak tree and I had inches of saw dust on 3 flat roofs, my garden was smothered, my boxwoods were broken and they turfed my gravel driveway . When I heard big bumps on the roof I went out to address it. I was told they all wear headsets and didn't hear anything but they would check it out, it never happened. They gave us a fair bid for the job and then completed it on schedule. They needed to go onto our neighbors' property to get the job done safely, and they did an excellent job communicating with the neighbors. They came back several weeks later to grind out the stumps. Another tree service said they couldn't get their stump grinder down our narrow driveway to the backyard. But Carl's had no problem, and they left the yard in great shape with the giant stumps all gone. They had to take down the fence and put it back up again, and they took care with that, leaving the fence in great shape.

The crew arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. and worked tirelessly until around 5:00 p.m. From start to finish, they were professional, hardworking, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. Tree removal is no easy task, but watching them safely and efficiently remove such a massive tree was impressive. They carefully used ropes to lower each large branch and section of the trunk in a controlled manner, ensuring everything was done safely and without damage to our property. They also ground up the branches, removed the tree, ground down the stump, and left our yard spotless when they were finished. They made what could have been a stressful project feel completely seamless. What impressed us the most was their pricing. We received several quotes from other companies--some reaching close into the ten thousands -- their price was truly unbeatable without sacrificing quality or service. It's rare to find a company that delivers great service, outstanding customer service, and incredible value all at once. If you're looking for a reliable, honest, and hardworking tree service, I wholeheartedly recommend them. Thank you for making this experience such a positive one. He came and gave a bid. HE WAS NOT the cheapest but seemed as if he would be able to do what was needed in a timely manner. He came to give us the bid right away... during a time that many would not even return a phone call. We wanted the trees cut down and the wood removed, completely. Also removal of the stumps . This he did do, and the stump work was very good. Better than most I have seen from others. (Our neighbors were left with roots in their yard from the people who did their trees this summer) All in all we are very, very pleased. There was only one small hiccup in part of the wood being removed. But this was not Ken's fault. Another tree service had wanted of the large trunk pieces and I could not get that company to come and get them. Ken also tried, but to no avail as this other company must be very busy as well.... so Ken did come and cut them into smaller pieces and take them away. We could not be more pleased with the end result... And will recommend him highly.
