They said they would arrive late morning, no later than 12 noon and they were right on time at 10:30 AM. Todd was there along with a crew of three other guys which included A bucket truck which they did not need, a dump truck with a chipper on the back and a third truck towing a trailer which had a small gator type vehicle with a giant grasping metal hand on the end. One guy worked with a gator type vehicle to pull up three big bushes I wanted removed while the other two guys went to work on the big blue spruce and quickly brought it down safely and dismantled it and shredded it in less than an hour Everyone on the team was super pleasant, and they really did a great job cleaning up all the dust, wood chips and debris before they departed. I was very impressed by how safety conscious they all were. They all had hard hats and protective gear. They all had earpieces that they communicated with. They had a crew set up large plastic boards all over the driveway and on the stones to keep anything from getting damaged by the weight of the equipment. They made sure everything was precisely placed before they started anything. It was just so great to watch them all working so closely together without a hitch, just perfection! It was so impressive to watch how the one guy climbed the tree and how they positioned the HUGE crane to take the pieces of tree over our house without any issues. Parks Tree came out on one of the hottest days, so far, and performed some much needed maintenance for our very large garden. We have trees, shrubs, native pollinator perennials and more. The three young men went above and beyond my expectations and the committee for our garden is pleased.
