So I asked for a refund and, well, three guesses - although you'll only need two - how quickly that was (not) given. I had to hire another company because this was holding up getting my entire driveway redone and I ended up losing my space because of it. The actual tree removal was also incredibly unprofessional, which I did discuss with the owner after that job was completed. The crew didn't wear any safety gear, and they left a few plastic bottles in my front yard. I'm certain they were under the influence of something, they drove their large brush removal truck through one portion of my yard - leaving a deep and long tread mark, and they dropped a large tree branch on our telephone and internet lines, which knocked out our internet for four days.
