Interestingly enough, I read a bunch of negative reviews on this company including on the BBB website (again, after the job was complete), and now that I'm finally posting a review, I noticed that the negative reviews are gone! As I post this to warn others, I just read that the BBB deletes reviews after a while, so now I know. I never thought I would need to save others' negative reviews in order to protect others! If you, like me when doing research, are looking for that one bad review to rule out a potential company, let this be it! Save yourself a ton of headaches and go elsewhere.

Todd, Jeremy and Justin came with a gigantic crane, a swift moving cherry picker and last, but not hardly, least...the Bandit Intimidator (the wood chopper). In a matter of less than two hours, they took down a diseased Ash tree, chipped it into mulch (left us some at our request) and cleaned the yard, street, roof and gutters of all debris! When I agreed, they started digging right away without calling OUPS to have property marked for existing utilities (as required by Ohio Revised Code). As a result, they damaged my high voltage electric line which ultimately cost me $6500 to fix. They refused to cover even half of that cost and acted very unprofessionally. So, while they ultimately did a good job on patio replacement, I observed their tendency to cutting corners and not following the proper procedures. This resulted in a very poor price to value ratio of their service to me. I would not recommend them to anybody.

Within 10 minute of that call, a CLE truck was outside my home. Noah, the excellent maintenance service representative who always takes care of my lawns, apologized to me, telling me that this was not a very good day for him. I totally understood, because Noah has always been very kind, polite, and courteous, always answering any questions I have. And how many of us have had an "off" day now and then?
