He was very prompt when we reached out for a quote. He wasn't pushy at all. He patiently listened to what we were looking for and then was able to immediately conceptualize a truly breathtaking plan for our landscaping. He worked with our budget to make it affordable without making us feel like we were skimping. We didn't have an expectation that he would immediately begin as we recognize that there is often a waiting list for the best contractors who both care about their work as well as taking care of each of their clients. We found that he and his crews paid meticulous attention to every detail of our job. That isn't something we would have wanted rushed. We prefer a contractor like Sal versus one always in a hurry to get to the next job. With that being said, he showed up on the first day that weather allowed within the timeframe we had hoped for. His crews worked hard and fast. They gave us the impression that they loved what they were doing and took great pride in their work. I think it is completely apparent in our end result. Sal widened our 2' wide existing concrete walkway to a stately 6' bluestone. He ripped out all of the existing landscaping and installed the beautiful materials he suggested to really compliment our home. We also had a very old and overgrown island that he removed and replaced with grass. It is unbelievable how well he removed all traces of the former island. We went in with realistic expectations and finished with the admiration that his work was far superior to anything we could have envisioned. Below is a picture of our home before our renovation. And then pictures of how his work absolutely transformed our property. We will use Sal for our future projects. Our work ended today, and we are already wanting to initiate new projects in our backyard!
