We just had a really bad experience with this "so called" company. We found the young man to be…read moreextremely unreliable, and full of lies and excuses. My husband tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but this resulted in us having things messed up, property destroyed, and out a huge amount of money. He refused to follow instructions. He refused to give any refund when I fired him. After researching, we see that this is a scam business. Do not call them!! There are possibly 3 different ads and sites for them. They change the address around to fool people. They did a small portion of the work order. It's not bad, but I had to babysit them to get it done! The attorney general is getting a complaint. BBB is as well. Review is going on FB too. I think police should be involved. Many are giving similar accounts. Father God, help us have better services in our community. Amen.

Completely ruined our lawn! They sent a service tech for our routine service who raced around our…read moreyard so quickly that he dumped way too much product around the perimeter where he turned way too fast. This resulted in a burnout that we were unable to reverse. He was there and gone in about 5 minutes. We asked them to stop coming after that and really chalked it up to a poorly trained technician. What made it worse is that we explained several times what had happened, sent photos and asked them to delete our bill and they have still sent us to collections. We explained that we did not feel we should be charged for a service that did this to our lawn. I mean, why would anyone pay money to a company that did this? The whole point of hiring a lawn care company is to avoid this type of issue. We were hoping to part ways quietly and without incident, but the fact that they are insisting to be paid is just too much. We are now being harassed by a collection agency.

In…read moreMarch 2025 after the snow melted, I noticed a significant crack in one of the sections of the sidewalk. I contacted the owner, Anthony, initially on 3/14/2025 via email followed by multiple text messages in an effort to get him to assess the situation and determine how to resolve the issue. He acknowledged the issue and indicated his intention to repair the section; he was no show on two (2) scheduled appointments and failed to contact me to schedule the repair work or even assess the issue. I have not had any further communication from Land Pro Management since 5/25/2025. He also failed to respond to a complaint I filed with the Better Business Bureau. Due to the unresponsiveness of Land Pro Management LLC in my multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I would not recommend this business for concrete work.
