He messaged me back within 30 minutes of sending the original message, even when he was working that day. He went over to my parents yard that evening and gave a real quote that was very reasonable. He already had a payment plan and structure given within the first couple of messages after the real estimate. He sent over the official quote, my parents approved and he got them on the schedule within the first week. Did a great job on the first week. He was also open to different plan options. Would recommend! There were many great options for lawn services in the area but he was very responsive and worked with what we needed for first time non-do it yourselfers as my parents are used to cutting their own lawn.

I contacted the owner, Anthony, initially on 3/14/2025 via email followed by multiple text messages in an effort to get him to assess the situation and determine how to resolve the issue. He acknowledged the issue and indicated his intention to repair the section; he was no show on two (2) scheduled appointments and failed to contact me to schedule the repair work or even assess the issue. I have not had any further communication from Land Pro Management since 5/25/2025. He also failed to respond to a complaint I filed with the Better Business Bureau. Due to the unresponsiveness of Land Pro Management LLC in my multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I would not recommend this business for concrete work.

Did a total replacement against house off of drawings and they didn't even get close to the look we had drawn up. Also, the quote stated, "Edge beds" and they didn't do all of them. When I contacted the owner, he said it was only for the beds they replaced, not all of them. When I asked him why the quote didn't state that, he didn't have an answer. I held back $250 from the final payment and told him when the beds were edged, he could have the balance. They never came back. 1 year later, I was so distressed at how awful the job was, I had to pay for a total replacement...again. I believe owner's name is Ben. Beware, this guy is horrible!

That my lawn is so green and clear as we head into winter is a huge improvement over previous years. Jeff Sajovie Jr. grew up in the landscaping business and really knows how to get the best results. We hired 131 not only for grass cutting, but for weed control, mulching, aerating, reseeding and plant trimming. Jeff is a perfectionist.
