Others were outrageous, one in particular, which is close to my house, was STUPID CRAZY. Any who, when Kmitt's arrived for the job, it was the same guy, Pat, who quoted the job. Not a salesman, I did not have to reiterate with the guys what was originally quoted. And that's a biggie! They went over the branches and rooting and corrected items I did not even consider. No response was ever received. I filed a formal dispute with PayPal, which was denied twice. I have since filed a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Over $1,200 sent to the wrong person, documented attempts to recover it, and total silence.
