We hired John and Juan to do our backyard and they put in about 25 trees - expensive, yes. A few months later (still within the years warranty) most of the trees withered and started showing signs of death. John reassured us he would take care of them as it was within the years warranty they provided. Months and months of us waiting on him to come and replace the tress and many times standing us up - nothing, not even a phone call. Since standing us up on multiple ocassions, I have called and left voice messages and texts and they have not responded. We feel deceived.

The entire crew was so polite and helpful and they really went above and beyond. When the job was complete, holy moly they did not disappoint! The tree was massive and it would have demolished my home (had it split and fallen over). The tree was an imminent threat to my home, the lake, my neighbors home and the public (who utilize the lake). This was an emergency status! Several other tree services had come to my house. All of them confirmed how bad the situation was. None of them prioritized the removal of the tree nor did they follow up with me. Frankly, I don't believe that the other tree services had the capacity to do the job. More than a week went by. I was sweating-bullets! I believe that the tree would have fallen during the next wind gust. Cody came to my home and saw how dire the situation was. He prioritized taking down my tree due to the risk and danger it presented. Cody and his crew were there the very next day with his Grove (200 foot) crane.
