After Kurtis Nunns of "Next Level Lawn Care Services" took a couple hundred dollars from my handicapped father for yard work and never completed the job, Nathan stepped up and offered to do the remainder of the job at no charge. Nathan showed up when he promised and went above and beyond for my dad and did a wonderful job removing the weeds that we originally hired the other creep to do. This is a story of the worst of the worst and the Best of the Best. Thank you so much, Nathan for restoring my faith in the human race and being on the right end of that spectrum. We will certainly be contacting Turf Pro in the future for all of our landscaping needs. Prior to choosing this company we interviewed several landscaping firms. But as we got closer to making a decision we heard about a local company that was Family owned and had established a strong reputation as a detailed oriented business where the customers work along side the designer to achieve the desired results. It was a major project and the crew was here for a couple of months. The crew was courteous, professional and engaging. They all showed a strong work ethic. If we wanted to make a change it was handled almost immediately. You knew when they were finished for the day because they would ensure that the yard and driveway were cleared of any debris. We could not have been more pleased with the results. My wife and I are both retired and needed a place to relax and enjoy life. Thank you KGK for a GREAT JOB.
