During the visit, the arborist observed pruning cuts made by Premier approximately three years ago and expressed concerns about how the branches had healed. He stated that he would discuss the situation with his company to determine the appropriate next steps. Since that visit, I have not received a quote or any follow-up communication. I have contacted Premier several times seeking an update, but to date, I have received no response. Yes, I know, and trust me, not a day goes by that I don't kick myself in the you-know-what for not guarding my money. They are only motivated to finish a job if they haven't received payment, which, at the end of the day, baffles me. I needed a bunch of trees removed and stumps ground. Their communication is beyond horrific and I cannot be more grateful that I have all of our conversations in writing. Excuse after excuse. I was told they'd be back out to grind the stumps they left two to four days after - the service was done on May 12th to give reference. When it didn't happen, I was then told that the owner "meant well" (yes, said this) but they usually quote one to two weeks. The drawn-out string of excuses goes on and on from there but, as I'm sure you can surmise, they never came back. So I asked for a refund and, well, three guesses - although you'll only need two - how quickly that was (not) given. I had to hire another company because this was holding up getting my entire driveway redone and I ended up losing my space because of it. The actual tree removal was also incredibly unprofessional, which I did discuss with the owner after that job was completed. The crew didn't wear any safety gear, and they left a few plastic bottles in my front yard. I'm certain they were under the influence of something, they drove their large brush removal truck through one portion of my yard - leaving a deep and long tread mark, and they dropped a large tree branch on our telephone and internet lines, which knocked out our internet for four days. Thankfully, two of them were on the weekend because my partner and I both WFH, but I digress. Simply put, do. not. use. them.

Advised me on what to do with it and did not charge me. The other two times I met with Eric I was extremely impressed with the time he took to examine the tree look at all options for trimming large branches and yet still keeping the tree looking attractive and healthy . I did engage Eric and his crew to trim this Mighty Oak and I couldn't be happier . Communication not only with him but also his secretary Liz was exceptional . His crew showed up on time and ready to work five guys came and I couldn't be happier with the work that they did they were polite they worked efficiently they communicated with me well and just were great guys . I had read some negative review on Yelp and could not believe that these reviews were for the same company that I was dealing with . The team brought in equipment and removed my tree and overgrowth in a professional manner. They left my yard looking 100% better. I highly recommend them.
