Then aggressively and threateningly DEMANDED to be paid the total amount quoted EVENTHOUGH he only did 1/3 of the job. Out of the four companies I contacted, Rice's was by far the most responsive. They also offered the best price, which along with the responsive service made for a match made in heaven. Unfortunately they are currently pretty busy, so we had to wait almost 2 months for our trees to be taken down, but it was well worth the wait. We were given a quote less than 2 days after they called. They sent us all the proper forms, including the permit application in Parma, and handled that on their own. On the day of the deed, they were very efficient, there was a 90 minute window where neither my wife or I were home, and the trees were taken down and removed in that time.
