My husband & I were having water issues on our property and had to hire a civil engineer to design a solution. Once we received the design, we then had to hire an earth mover to complete the work. After vetting 10 different companies, Todd's was the obvious choice. Ryan was confident in his ability to read the drawings and quote the project. Other companies took a few days to return a quote & things were missed but Ryan returned it in less than 24 hours and it was solid. Our project scope covered digging a swale, boulder retaining wall with drainage, tree removal, building up our berm, gutter drainage that went through the berm with drain basins & backwater valves, two new patios, a pavilion and new native garden beds. We had a great crew working on our property - Josh, Nick, Matt & Hunter. All of them were incredibly kind to myself, my husband and my dogs. I actually looked forward to them arriving everyday. We really appreciated them taking extra care in making sure the elevations they were making matched the engineered drawings. They were a very clean crew - the driveway and street were always well kept throughout the course of the project which was about a month. Another thing Todd's did that sets them apart from others is the fact they they brought their own generator for power. We've had other contractors trip breakers so Todd's bringing their own power was peace of mind. Small things like that really elevate the experience. We started everyday with going over what the guys were going to work on. Any questions or concerns we had were heard and not dismissed. It's clear that the crew enjoy what they do and that they truly care about the outcome of the project. I can't say enough good things about Todd's and I hope in the future that I have another project for them to work on. I was looking for a full service landscaping company. Someone who could design and install both the front and back yard landscaping. In addition to irrigation, sod, plants and trees I also wanted a deck, pavers, stamped concrete, built-in barbecue and fire pit. I extensively searched the web and went to home improvement shows. After reviewing Todd's Landscaping Services web page I contacted them for a design consultation. Their expert designer consultant did an incredible job preparing 3D rendering of how the landscaping project would look. After reviewing the documents, I immediately hired them. Once my new home had final grading done, Todd's Landscaping Services promptly came out and started the project. The project supervisor made helpful suggestions on how certain things might be tweaked in order to have an even more aesthetically pleasing landscape. The entire project was finished on-time. It is amazing how close it looks to the 3D rendering. Each member of the various crews was completely professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend this company. This is a review about an excellent Repair Man at Todd's Landscaping Services. This young man -- Jose Hernandez -- is a real pro. If I need any further work done, I'll be requesting Mr. Hernandez for the job. Today, Todd's Services sent him to our house for (1) a sprinkler head replacement, and (2) an electrical problem with some recently installed landscape lighting. The new sprinkler head was expertly installed & relocated to a much better spot (to avoid a mulch-covered area) at Jose's suggestion. He restored the ground cover perfectly, and his suggested location is a huge improvement. The lighting problem was more complicated. What I thought was only a burned out bulb was not the issue -- a new bulb made no difference. Jose's diagnosis was that I had an underground wiring problem, and he was exactly right. After digging up some of the wiring, he showed me three loose wire-nut connections and one completely detached jump-wire. He replaced the jump-wire and installed new water-proof wire nuts on the three bad connections. Mr. Hernandez knows what he's doing -- with both water AND electricity! I hired Todd's, initially with the helpful guidance of Mr. Ed Esch in budgeting and design adjustments, to remove some overgrown shrubbery and rotting timber planters surrounding my deck and replace it all with new materials. The results are above and beyond my expectations (which were already high as I've used Todd's on multiple projects over the years). The crew arrived and made quick work of the demolition and removal. Nick (the "boss"), Matt (the "muscle"), and Hunter (the "do it all") were a GREAT team! They were a pleasure to work with, VERY conscientious and careful with the surroundings, accurate, polite, and quality-driven in implementing the design. The project took 4 days to complete (with 1 rain-out day) and they arrived every day on time and left every day after performing a thorough clean-up. My wife and I hired Todd's Services to run downspout drainage lines away from the house. Patrick came out to provide and estimate and we had a good discussion regarding options and how best to drain the water away. Due to COVID, and being in high demand, the team of Tim, Marty and Ethan came to our home a couple of months after the initial discussions. They did a fantastic job, and were very professional and very approachable. They answered all my questions during the work and offered sound advice on how to approach certain issues that popped up in the course of the work. They were also very conscious about protecting our lawn, and chose to use wheel barrows to move gravel versus a bobcat which would have left large deep ruts in our lawn. We highly recommend them and have no issue in calling them back should I ever need additional work with my irrigation (which they also handle). read more

We are so happy with the work that was recently done by Todd's. They removed an old walkway, installed new stylish Pavers, removed old overgrown shrubs and added flowering bushes. They had to work around a drip irrigation system which did not appear to be a problem and said if there was a problem during spring start up with any of the sprinkler system they would fix it at no additional cost. They added mulch and sod at the end to make our additions look top notch. Lee Carlson was the designer and the landscaping team was led by Joshua Taylor who was meticulous, helpful, informative and thorough. It was fun to watch them work. Great job by great people! Todd's helped us design a landscape plan and patio for a newly constructed home. Worked with us extensively through lots of changes in stones, plants, irrigation, etc and provided great advice throughout. Excellent work adding a zone to our sprinkler system. Mike and Dave were very professional and kept us updated with the progress. The installation process was well planned and completed on schedule. Everything was left in great condition and tidy. Each time we had a question, they stopped to answer and made sure to inform us of the changes made, including reprogramming our sprinkler system to include the new zone. They had the best attitude in the 89 degree heat too. The lawn is already filling in with grass where before it had been burned up without the sprinklers. Todd's Services built a SeaWall for me November of 2019. I didn't get a chance to see the finished product from the lake because we had a giant snow storm right after Francisco and his apprentice Jared finished it. Just recently saw it from the lake. It's so beautiful. They took our caved in seawall and transformed it into a work of boulder art...! I can't stop looking at it. Thanks to the whole team for such a great experience. We have been customers of Todd Services, Inc. since the late 1990s and we have yet to be disappointed by their work. We had a patio built in our backyard. We had Todd's Services install a french drain in our backyard. They arrived on time and finished the job on time. I was impressed with the clean up after the job. Foreman Bob Palmer walked me through what was going to me done and then had me walk with him over the job site after it was finished. The following day everything I wanted done was completed, even the new work. I am extremely happy with their work and clean up. Mike Pohl -Did an in ground sprinkler install for us today. He was fast and did minimal disruption to our lawn. Mike added a 3rd zone with 6 sprinkler heads and was in and out in about 4 hours.
