I was recommended to let Colleen do my hair. She cancelled me two weeks in a row. I guess they don't need new clients.

Haircutter (Michael) decided not to be there for my appointment with no phone or text to me. He just left 2 hours before my appointment. No apology from hair cutter on next visit. This place acts like they are doing you a favor by cutting your hair. Really disgusting attitude in this place. Hair cuts there were generally a C grade from haircutter, but I wasn't expecting much given where this place is located. As a customer, I expect to be treated with kindness and respect. I received neither despite generous tips for mediocre service. They have recently instituted a 3% surcharge for the use of a credit cart on top of their high prices. When I complained about all of this, including the nasty attitude/phone call I received from the hair cutter, right after giving him a $10 TIP! I was told not to come back. Terrible experience. Management's response: Go find another salon. We already have 3000 customers. In my experience, they don't give a damn about me as their customer. I think they have a snooty nasty attitude and they don't deserve my business. Instead of trying to solve the problem, they treated me like a piece of trash. Stylist Michael. Haircut was average compared to others I have used in the past in other cities. Nothing great or special. It was a very basic cut that any trained cutter could do. This kind of haircut is what you expect at a place like Supercuts, based on my experience and opinion. It's not something I would spend $36 to $40 on with the tip read more

Happy, healthy hair! Wow! My hair looks and feels fantastic! I'm all ready for vacation :) Thanks Raul!! I love it AND I absolutely love the salon. I feel very pampered! read more

Tom Patrick I've known him for a long time and he is an exceptional expert at his profession. He's got a great personality cute as heck and kind if you go there you will be very pleased with your appointment no matter what you're having done but I love this guy. He is such a great hair designer. He falls much higher in the ranks than just the Hairdresser because he's an exceptional artist of the hair and business he has his own shop now and he's had plenty of years of experience. He will fall in love with his gentleman. He's almost perfect if I do say so myself Check them out he's totally worth it. Love him to death. read more

I just moved back to the area after 9 years and found this salon via the Redken website. The atmosphere was comfortable without being stuffy; everyone was pleasant and personable. Colleen was very attentive and got my (red) color right the first time. I got a great cut and blow-out, as well. I will not need to look any further. This is my new FL salon. I highly recommend Colleen. read more

Friendly and they listen to what and how you want your hair done. Satisfied happy client. Will come back if in town again.

Colleen screwed my hair up so bad and i's not even has gaps in it. I showed her a picture and she said she could cut like the picture. I asked her if the message she made of my hair look like the picture. If you want a cut and style don't use Colleen M. My advice to her, go get a job in a dog salon. read more

I have been here several times and totally happy every time (a regular b4 moving to CA). These people have SKILLS! I have had cuts, colors and even an ombre done here by TJ. Great atmosphere, super friendly staff and very clean. They only use the best products and they are affordable. I enjoy watching others getting the Royal treatment as I am getting mine. Hip, trendy, friendly, fabulous and accommodating are words I think of when I think of Todd Patrick's. Hair, skin, nails, waxing, massage they do it all. You can get new school or old school as well, they even do hot shaves, clipper cuts & straight razor cutting. Join them on facebook and watch for the specials they run. http://www.tpcsalon.com/ read more

Laurie Hughes is a life changing hair stylist. I was recently down in Daytona with my husband for my anniversary and woke up and looked at my hair and felt so depressed. It looked horrible. When he agreed with me, I knew it was time to do something. I talked to Dana at the front desk of Todd Patrick's and she was so extremely helpful helping me decide which direction I want to go. Then the Amazing Laurie got there. I asked her to do what she thought best and she took the time to ask me my eye color and I could see her mind working, deciding what color. I love the color and cut. My husband loves it too. He start taking pictures of both of us and I laughed and asked " Why are you doing this all of a sudden because you don't take pictures of us?" He said "Because your hair looks great now." Dale posted our pic on FB and my sister commented that I look 10 years younger! Hmmm But seriously, what a self esteem boost! My husband said the 4 1/2 hour drive down is fine with him and he doesn't want me to go somewhere else EVER!! Laurie, you ROCk!' read more

Called to make an appointment, but the guy decided to rudely argue with me. I asked if any if their stylists could cut with a straight razor, and he told me that barbers not stylists use razors. Tried to explain that my regular stylist who owns her shop regularly ends my haircut by using a razor per my request. Instead of saying, no sir we don't have a stylist that can do that, he opted to stubbornly argue that my stylist was a barber, when he doesn'teven know the person! I would not recommend nor suggest these folks to anyone! read more

This is the best place in Daytona /Ormond beach the atmosphere is up beat and the salon brings a great vibe my stylist is Matt and he is the best colorist I've ever have, I love him he's great and he will be my one and only stylist ever. Thank you Matt you're awesome! read more

Patrice promised to correct the color she did, after several COVID shut downs, she then texted me and suggested I find another hair dresser! $210 Worth of incorrect color. They maybe a decent salon in town but no manners or customer care. read more

I dropped into this salon without an appt. and was very lucky to have just gotten there in time to get my hair washed and styled by Marge, who did an absolutely great job. I will be back. read more

I absolutely love this salon! I've been there a couple of times and seen different stylists but I just recently saw Liz who absolutely exceeded my expectations! I had a complicated coloring request and she nailed it! I walked out feeling so much better than when I walked in. Thank you!! read more

What a disappointment! My husband loves a "full service" barber experience. In our travels he's had such services in Orlando, Tampa, Detroit, New York........and was so excited to see a place advertise these services locally. As an early Christmas gift he went for a "Traditional Shave" $30.00. Thought he was getting what was advertised on their site. There was NO "hot towel", NO "Hot Lather", NO "Second Shave", NO "Cool Towel". What a SCAM! As he said, He could have done a better job and home. Hope the ladies services are better.....but I won't be trying it. read more

Been going to Todd for a few years now. The salon offers full hair care. It is newly updated, with trendy decor and located near shops and restaurants on the main street. They also have barber services for men and provide manicures and pedicures. They also have a full line of Redken and Pureology products. read more

I've been going to Todd, the owner for a few years now and I will not trust anyone else with my hair. He does exactly what I want without trying to sway me to do otherwise due to his personal preferences. However, if something may be harmful or damaging to your hair or he thinks you might be mistaken about what you are looking for, he will inform you of all possible options and gives great advice/recommendations based on your hair type/color and your personal opinions and needs. I've been dying my hair a Redken chromatics blue based black, N1, and decided I wanted to go lighter. (Not something you do at home yourself or with a hairdresser that does not have a lot of experience). Todd has taken my hair to a nice brown/red with highlights and with very little damage due to his patience and expertise. I will be returning as always to lighten up again and go blonde. I also want to mention that I have really long hair down to my lower back and I have been able to keep all my length and have my hair healthy. I don't think anyone else within driving distance would be able to do that for me :) The salon is kept really clean and is designed well. The staff are generally polite and you are always offered refreshments usually atleast twice. You can get your hair done as well as massages, facials, waxing, and nails. I'm very happy this place exists and I would definitely recommend :) read more

Moved here in Jan 2016 and have tried a couple of places. I have driven by this salon several times and decided to see what they could do. Yesterday Matthew did an outstanding job with understanding what I was looking for and my wife really likes it as well. The salon has a great vibe and all the people there were super. Will definitely continue going there. read more
