I had to cancel my appointment one day before scheduled. I called and no one ever answers. You have to leave a message. I called again a few hours later to see if they got my message. No one ever answers. I get a text telling me that I owe $75 for a CANCELLED APPOINTMENT! This is insane and unacceptable! I will NEVER go to this salon again and tell all my friends to beware! I've never heard of any hair salon requiring 48 hours (which I just found out about) for cancellation. Ever. They are charging me more than my haircut. Absolute insanity! read more

I just moved to the area & was in desperate need of highlights & a haircut. the past few places i have gone to get my hair lightened couldn't even amount to how well Kristina did my hair today. So, i wasn't expecting to have a regular stylist, well now I do! I will never go to anyone but Kristina from here on out & glad I found someone so quick in my area! My husband and I recently relocated to the area and I I was in much need of a cut and update on my color. My hair had grown pretty long and being thick, it was incredibly bulky and heavy. I was able to schedule an appointment with Lissie and am so happy with my results! Lissie listened to everything I said I wanted and also looked at several pictures I had collected over the past few months. She also checked in several times throughout the cut to ensure we were on the same page as she proceeded to remove A LOT of hair. My color is beautiful and the cut is great! Lissie gave me the best haircut I've had in years! I don't know why, but experienced hair stylist just can't seem to give me a solid hair cut. I have long wavy curls and they need to be blended a special way that works for my flow and she did an excellent job of doing that! I wish I lived closer to come back! I visited the salon yesterday and was taken care of by Cassie. Cassie was friendly and welcoming. She asked me about what I was looking for and really listened. She offered photos to compare with mine to ensure we were on the same page. She offered valid input when I asked. Cassie spent a lot of time making sure the color was processing as anticipated and thoroughly conditioned and glossed my hair. She explained proper aftercare too. I was completely impressed and appreciative of how I was treated as a valued guest, not just a number to put in a chair. I highly recommend Cassie and will return as soon as my hair needs it! read more

I just got my hair done here, and holy moly, they are so great! Catie did such a good job and exactly what I wanted! This was a completely different color cut for me and I'm so pleased! Went a little blonder and added some light pink to it. They even got me in early. My original appointment was at 2, but I finished what I was doing at 10:45. They got me in at 11:30, no wait or anything. Everyone is super friendly. The salon is organized extremely well, and the chairs are so comfortable. Such a great place! I went to Lissie for a haircut and bang trim, and she did an amazing job, I left the salon feeling beautiful!

We are visiting the area for a couple of months. My daughter desperately needed her long thick hair cut and styled. She also wanted beachy highlights. We did some research and saw the great reviews of Ideologie Salon. We called and made an appointment with Leann. My wife took my daughter to the appointment. Here is their experience: The salon is very inviting and carries the awesome brands of R+Co and (my favorite) Oribe. Leann is very professional and very knowledgable, but most of all she is incredibly talented. Leann looked at my daughter's hair and the picture my daughter brought then put in her expert opinion. The result was a gorgeous long layered style with balayaged highlights. My daughter was beyond thrilled. I was so impressed that I made appointments to see Leann for the rest of my family. I highly recommend Leann. Her color skills are some of the best I have ever seen. read more

I have been working with Jennifer on my hair for about 6 months now. previously, I had some damage from bleach and I did not want to cut a lot off to fix the damage. Jennifer has been very gentle helping me maintain a balayage and also recommend other treatments like the Brazilian blowout which I am now obsessed with! The Brazilian and other deep conditioning treatments have really helped to bring my hair back to life without giving up length. From other clients going in and watching how they are treated and leaving happy I can really say that all of the hairdressers are true professionals. I would be confident to refer anyone to Ideaologie to any of the hairdressers and know that they would have a fabulous experience. I had my first appointment with Leann, after seeing someone in a business meeting with amazing hair. I asked her where she got her haircut and she told me Leann at Ideologie. I live in Port Orange and work in Holly Hill, but have been looking for the right stylist since we moved to town a year and a half ago. And I found her! Leann was fabulous with me, and I have very thick hair that was getting very unruly. I was lucky to get an appointment the same day I called, and she was very attentive and extremely nice and thorough with every strand, making sure I was satisfied. First timer here and I love it. Sandy was my hairdresser and she was...adorable, funny and she knew how to cut my hair. My hair which is wavy (in the back) very thick and straight in the front. I asked her to bring out the curl in my hair when styling. She used some products which never really work on my hair. In fact it usually flattens my hair. Well not this stuff ! It actually worked.
