Nice, even layers that I can wing back, ala Farrah. She doesn't take credit cards, so she let me run to my bank to get cash. She even gave me some yummy hand lotion as a little Christmas gift! Lisa, took the time to listen and meticulously sectioned my hair to meet the LAYERS that I love and and is obsessed about. I had a lot of compliments from family, friends, co-workers, and even strangers. If you guys are looking for a make over, Lisa is your girl. Thank you, lisa! P.s. I'm new to the area and learned about Lisa via yelp. As my way of appreciation for this app, I'm writing my very first review in efforts to help other "yelpers" out there who are in search for quality service.

I came to industry after having a major disaster with my hair. My usual stylist from another salon…read morewas out on leave of absence so they recommended another stylist there. She did a terrible job, just did not seem to have a clue as what I wanted and really ruined it, so much so I had to go elsewhere and take off about 4 inches (which was upsetting because I was trying to grow it out again). After @ 8 weeks I was ready for color and cut but not confident to go back to the second stylist. I found industry salon here on Yelp through another former patron of my precious salon. She mentioned Ana used to work there, so I checked industry out and took a chance on Ana. Well she was terrific! She looked at the style I wanted (at this point I decided to stay shoulder length but with some shape - light layers so it doesn't look too short). The color is perfect and the style is just right-modern and sassy and really perfect for my hair and face. Thanks Ana I will recommend you to others looking for a fresh modern look and a stylist who knows how to do it!

Whaaaaat???? To avoid the embarrassment of leaving, and because I really needed service, we agreed to a partial instead for $500. I should have suffered the embarrassment of leaving, because I'm so embarrassed I actually agreed to that. This is over 2X what I paid in Atlanta. To add insult to injury, I ended up with purple bleed onto the newly foiled blonde, and had to go back and get it fixed. Please make yourself aware the price beforehand. I feel the prices were outrageous and the results certainly didn't live up to the price.

When I returned recently for the exact same service, they charged me $80-- a 100% increase from the original price. When I questioned it, I was told the new price starts at $55 and still insisted I pay $80. The owner refused to come out and speak with me, instead sending the receptionist. To make it worse, they even threatened to call the police if I didn't pay the full amount. That's not how you treat paying customers. Some people have no business owning a salon if they can't deal with customers the right way--with honesty, professionalism, and respect. If prices have increased, they should clearly inform clients before the service is done and confirm if that's acceptable--instead of trying to trick people into paying more and using intimidation tactics. I've had blowouts all over the U.S., and I've never experienced anything like this. It was completely unacceptable. I will never return. If you value fair pricing and decent customer service, stay far away from this place.
