The first time she cut my hair I was very impressed. She did exactly what I asked and kept the length on. The second time (the other day). I came in for a cut and color. I asked for strawberry blonde and it looks AMAZING (in other peoples opinions, too!). Its this wonderful natural looking reddish color, and she added some thin, blonde highlights in my bangs to soften the look, and I keep getting compliments on it! Cut came out great too. After going to many different salons being told it wasn't possible to brush out the knot and that they would have to cut it out leaving me with barely any hair, Marielle at Touch of Class jumped in to take on the challenge. Although it wasn't going to be a fun appointment for any stylist, Marielle was a true professional by going the extra mile. Her determination to help me saved my hair; now I have my hair back! Marielle's perseverance in that tedious task combined with her and the rest of they stylists' positive attitudes toward helping me made what could have been a very embarrassing experience into a fun, enjoyable one. I am shocked that he is licensed. He ran out half way through because he couldn't handle the stress. My cut is pretty simple. Then another woman comes and gets me and I attempted to explain what I wanted and she wouldn't listen to a word I said and just started cutting and clipping. Thankfully my hair grows quickly and this nightmare will grow away. The only decent part of the experience was the glass of wine. WORST MONEY I HAVE EVER SPENT ON A HAIRCUT.
