I love Dr Garcia. I called late Friday night with a broken tooth, and I was about to leave for San Francisco. He fixed my tooth with time to spare, gave me a cap that feels perfect. He also adjusted my sleep apnea device, which had gotten to feeling too tight. I take it with me on every visit so that he can be sure it's fitting properly. And he didn't even make the device. If this one gives out, I'll just have him make me a snoring device, which does the same thing and costs way less. He even lets me bring my sweet Cavalier King Charles Spaniel when I come for regular checkups. She sits in my lap while I'm getting my teeth cleaned. I'm 76 years old, and his is the nicest, friendliest dental office I have ever gone to. read more

This is a small dental practice over by Western Wake Hospital. I have been going here ever since he opened. Maybe 10 years or so. Last week I had my teeth cleaned. My hygienist, Alison, did a great job. She was friendly and gentle. I would recommend her if you are in need of a cleaning. The office has 2 hygienists. Today, I had an old filling removed and replaced. Dr. Garcia has done a filing and a crown for me in the past so I knew what to expect. It took 26 minutes to redo this old filling. It was pain free and as far as dental work goes it was probably as good as it gets. If you are in search of a dentist in the Cary area, I would give Dr. Garcia and his team two thumbs up. He doesn't try to upsell you on services you don't need. It's important to trust your dentist. This is the place to go. read more

I did not get a chance to meet Dr. Garcia. I was actually recommended to Dr. Grinder by my optometrist in Pennsylvania who has known him since their grad school years. I was honestly blown away how efficient and thorough the exam was from my check in with Penny, to the cleaning with Amanda (dental hygienist), and then initial assessment with Dr. Grinder. Amanda explained everything she was doing and the reason behind it. I had scans and gum tissue tests done I've never (to my memory) had done before. Everyone was very pleasant even upon checkout. Office is small but I prefer that to the larger dental corporations. Windows looked out into the woods so if you're someone who needs more calming views during your dental visits, this is the place! read more

He always has a problem with receptionists and his reviews are always one star, what's up with that?? If their is a way to dispute a review on here I want someone to tell me. Now to the review, Dr. Garcia is very good, very informative and very professional. His receptionist really knew her stuff, she quoted my a price after my insurance and she was only off by six dollars. His dental staff was also very professional, No one tried to sell me anything that I didn't need. I cant remember that last time I went to dentist who didn't try to tell me I needed something, that I really didn't need. The last dentist I went to tried to tell me I NEEDED braces, at 42 years old. Dr. Garcia is a great dentist. He is highly rated on multiple sites on the net. Before I was seen by him, I went to Lane & Associates where they suggested I needed a root canal. Upon seeing Dr. Garcia, he informed me that I didn't need a root canal, and the very suggestion was akin to malpractice. I love Dr. Garcia and his whole team! I'm one of those people who has had really bad experiences with dentists in the past and was nervous about having to find one after not going for a few years. A friend referred me to Dr.Garcia and I'm so glad she did! He was kind, very knowledgeable, and wasn't trying to add on a bunch of procedures that I DIDN'T need to have. I had recently been to a dentist in a very swanky office who told me that I needed 2 root canals! I didn't have the procedures because I wanted to get a second opinion. I hadn't had any trouble with my teeth, so I was very concerned. I didn't tell Dr. Garcia about my previous experience, but went in for a cleaning and x-rays to see if he had the same recommendation. After reading my x-rays he told me that my teeth looked great! No issues to worry about. My son and I have been going to Dr. Garcia for 3 years now and my teeth have never looked and felt better. I'm so thankful to have found an honest and caring dentist that my family and I can trust. read more

I was a little skeptical about the other reviews (over 500 reviews on one website, it seems they are trying too hard to cover up something), but I decided to give it a try because of the price (kind of in the middle range), but it's a huge mistake. The office manager (who is arrogant, and obviously didn't treat me as a valued customer ) canceled my appointments twice during 2 weeks time. My first appointment was canceled 20 minutes before my appointment because they want to squeeze in another patient--they gave away my appointment without my agreement. I knew right away that the service at the front desk would be lousy because the lady on the phone sounded very rude, but I was hoping that the doctor would be decent, so I took the risk to do a cleaning and exam there. The doctor actually cleaned my teeth which was kind of odd, but it's a little bit rough and I got lots of water dripping down my face and my neck. When he looked at the X-rays, he said there's no cavity, but then he said there's a cavity after I mentioned about a tooth looking kind of strange (according to my previous dental hygienist). So I went to see another dentist for a second opinion, and found out there's no cavity. This place is not trustable, so please do your research and spend your money more wisely instead of repeating my mistake. read more
