Since they are 9…read moremonths old and and still under warranty, I went in and was told frames ordered today should be in by next. On my way home I get this text (I live an hour away).: "Connie, I just wanted to let you know that your frame is on back order. The website does not say when it will be in. I just wanted to give you a heads up." Sorriest, most unprofessional bunch of goofballs I have ever met! No further assistance given to me. I should have written this 9 months ago when they had me take my glasses to the grinder, then pick them up! Should gave been handled in their office, not the customer doing their job for them!

I especially want to thank KELLIE for helping me last week ordering new glasses. I literally bought the frames she was wearing and didn't intend on buying a new pair but just replacing lenses in frames I already had. No pressure to buy a new pair at all but she was so helpful, gracious and professional, I felt very comfortable making a decision to give myself a new frame. She also made it easy to order new lenses to go in my old pair for a backup. She saved me money and being almost 80 was really appreciated! Who doesn't like saving money?! I will recommend Patterson Eye Care clinic to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and get great professional care! Thank you again, Kellie!

I know some reviews deny the Virtual Exam, BUT it was by far the smoothest and easiest eye exam of my life! I loved it so much, I'm referring two family members there ASAP to get their eyes tested and get new glasses. Aside from the deal, they have SO MANY glasses to pick from. I was overwhelmed (in a good way) with choices!! Now for the staff, ABSOLUTELY lovely! Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, answered all my questions, helped accommodate my specific requests and needs. I give Stanton 10/5 stars. That's 5 extra stars Ps. If you're lucky, you're able to walk out of there WITH your new glasses, instead of having to come back or have them shipped. I couldn't have had a better experience than this. Thank you to all the sweet staff!

I felt very uncomfortable during my dental visit. It seemed like the dentist didn't take the pain I…read morewas experiencing seriously, and the appointment felt more focused on pulling the wrong teeth than addressing what I was feeling. I asked about pain relief and whether I could get a prescription for 600 mg Tylenol (similar to what I was given previously), but instead I was offered ibuprofen from the assistant personal stash. That added insult to injury to insult as I can buy that myself. I was expecting to be told how I could manage the pain like alternate motrin with Tylenol something more than the dismissive way we were handled today. I was given antibiotics, hope the work like quick cause I've been in pain for a week now just trying to figure out how to manage without taking my head off. I was also frustrated that the assistant never came in, to discuss anything when she came in we had been waiting for about 20 minutes, long enough for me to make an Ad and post it. I didn't feel like I was truly heard. but the overall care felt cold and dismissive. In addition I don't have insurance yet, so I had to pay out of pocket. I expected better communication and support. I won't be going back. I can't tell you where to go, but I can tell you where not to go.
