They were one of the providers with my insurance and I felt that they really did care about getting things done just right. When I left they said they would email me to come in since I lived 60 miles north of town and that it would take about a week for the glasses to come in. 14 days later nothing. So I called and was told that the glasses were ready and that they had BOTH called me and sent me an email. Neither was true. When I arrived for the glasses they simply handed me the glasses without making sure that everything was as it should be. NEVER HAD THAT HAPPEN BEFORE. I felt as if they were telling me they had their money and I had my glasses, now get out of here. After such a good start that really disappointed me.

Dropped in with a bridge pad that I had ordered on Walmart Website, the Manager was very pleasant…read moreand receptive to my request for installing the pad. In only a very few minutes, She returned with my glasses fully repaired with the new pad. Then, I asked Her to repair my other pair which were twisted out of shape. She agreed and offered to replace the bridge pad on that pair of glasses. A few minutes later She returned from the back with them straight and with new pad. Now, get this; two repairs, 2 bottles of glass cleaner with 2 cloths, $12.51. Remarkable, very pleasant experience! Thank You!

They said yes to that. Then I got a appointment the next day due to a cancelation. I had my wife call in my insurance info and they told her that the doctor i was scheduled with would accept that. They had no right to say that to her without actually confirming with me, since I made clear at the beginning I did, in fact, want to use insurance. So I got there and they didn't tell me I could take my script elsewhere for less expensive service, they did not direct me to frames that might be covered or basically give me any options besides leave empty handed or buy $400 frames out of pocket. Then I left a bad review, and went into their office to complain, and also ordered contacts. I went into a back office where I was harassed by 2 women who blocked the exit, effectively called me an idiot for not understanding how their backwards practices worked and after asking to leave 3 or 4 times and nearly being in tears from a panic/anxiety attack, they finally let me go. They are known to talk to other clinics and axe you out of a job somewhere else if you are looking to move on. You get paid horrible rates and don't even think about getting a raise. Bonuses what are those... They never train so go luck to you. Which also I would be highly concerned if I were a patient because some of the staff doesn't clean the machines used on hundreds of people a day. I knew of people that lied about checking pressure on peoples eyes. Most of the people that work there are so disgruntled and nasty people. They have a low rating for a reason. If you are a patient expect to wait forever because they will keep on adding more and more of you and not adding more doctors, staff, or getting a bigger space to manage it. Most of the equipment is ancient and barely holding together as well.
