The staff is absolutely argumentative over everything. They're trying to bill me instead of the VA Community Care and I'm staring at the certified and stamped approval. I came in 45 minutes early so I could get the papers done and get to work. Why am I waiting still 30 minutes after my appointment scheduled? Why does this staff have such issues with a question? Does anyone here anunciate when speaking or we all just going with slang? No I'm not paying for some stupid special view that you charge extra for and it's nothing special. Preventative maintenance? Lol. That's the stupidest shit I've ever heard.

10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I do not recommend working at this place. If you would like to be…read moreabsolutely abused go for it. The management is highly lacking. They are known to talk to other clinics and axe you out of a job somewhere else if you are looking to move on. You get paid horrible rates and don't even think about getting a raise. Bonuses what are those... They never train so go luck to you. Which also I would be highly concerned if I were a patient because some of the staff doesn't clean the machines used on hundreds of people a day. I knew of people that lied about checking pressure on peoples eyes. Most of the people that work there are so disgruntled and nasty people. They have a low rating for a reason. If you are a patient expect to wait forever because they will keep on adding more and more of you and not adding more doctors, staff, or getting a bigger space to manage it. Most of the equipment is ancient and barely holding together as well.

I should have written this 9 months ago when they had me take my glasses to the grinder, then pick them up! Should gave been handled in their office, not the customer doing their job for them!

I especially want to thank KELLIE for helping me last week ordering new glasses. I literally bought the frames she was wearing and didn't intend on buying a new pair but just replacing lenses in frames I already had. No pressure to buy a new pair at all but she was so helpful, gracious and professional, I felt very comfortable making a decision to give myself a new frame. She also made it easy to order new lenses to go in my old pair for a backup. She saved me money and being almost 80 was really appreciated! Who doesn't like saving money?! I will recommend Patterson Eye Care clinic to anyone who wants to be treated with respect and get great professional care! Thank you again, Kellie!

I didn't even know I had cataracts until my annual exam on Thursday, July 25th. I've been wearing eyeglasses/contacts for over 30 years. I'm just amazed that I no longer need corrective eye wear. It's so nice to see clearly when I wake up in the mornings or during the night. It's also nice not to wake up laying on my glasses because I fell asleep while watching TV with them on. I'm just so thankful and blessed to have my eyesight back. Thanks to God and Dr. David Baker at Baker Eye Institute in Conway, AR.

They said yes to that. Then I got a appointment the next day due to a cancelation. I had my wife call in my insurance info and they told her that the doctor i was scheduled with would accept that. She asked if I could get innwith one that did, and THEY TOLD HER I DIDN'T WANT TO DO THAT. They had no right to say that to her without actually confirming with me, since I made clear at the beginning I did, in fact, want to use insurance. So I got there and they didn't tell me I could take my script elsewhere for less expensive service, they did not direct me to frames that might be covered or basically give me any options besides leave empty handed or buy $400 frames out of pocket. Then I left a bad review, and went into their office to complain, and also ordered contacts. I went into a back office where I was harassed by 2 women who blocked the exit, effectively called me an idiot for not understanding how their backwards practices worked and after asking to leave 3 or 4 times and nearly being in tears from a panic/anxiety attack, they finally let me go. Since when does and eye doctor have the right to hold someone aga I not their will, just because they left them a bad review?

On April 3rd I called to find out what was taking so long. "Oh they have been in you can stop by." This was 2 weeks after my original appointment. They were miss labeled. I was not able see out of them in the correct eyes either. I called and went in for another visit. Those trials were not any better. I still could not see in the distance. They were ordering me another pair of trials. After a week, all I want now is my original prescription and move on. But they still cannot do that either. It took them 2 days after several calls to get that emailed to me.
