Which also I would be highly concerned if I were a patient because some of the staff doesn't clean the machines used on hundreds of people a day. I knew of people that lied about checking pressure on peoples eyes. Most of the people that work there are so disgruntled and nasty people. They have a low rating for a reason. If you are a patient expect to wait forever because they will keep on adding more and more of you and not adding more doctors, staff, or getting a bigger space to manage it. I didn't even know I had cataracts until my annual exam on Thursday, July 25th. I've been wearing eyeglasses/contacts for over 30 years. I'm just amazed that I no longer need corrective eye wear. It's so nice to see clearly when I wake up in the mornings or during the night. It's also nice not to wake up laying on my glasses because I fell asleep while watching TV with them on. They said yes to that. Then I got a appointment the next day due to a cancelation. I had my wife call in my insurance info and they told her that the doctor i was scheduled with would accept that. She asked if I could get innwith one that did, and THEY TOLD HER I DIDN'T WANT TO DO THAT. They had no right to say that to her without actually confirming with me, since I made clear at the beginning I did, in fact, want to use insurance. So I got there and they didn't tell me I could take my script elsewhere for less expensive service, they did not direct me to frames that might be covered or basically give me any options besides leave empty handed or buy $400 frames out of pocket. Then I left a bad review, and went into their office to complain, and also ordered contacts. I went into a back office where I was harassed by 2 women who blocked the exit, effectively called me an idiot for not understanding how their backwards practices worked and after asking to leave 3 or 4 times and nearly being in tears from a panic/anxiety attack, they finally let me go. Since when does and eye doctor have the right to hold someone aga I not their will, just because they left them a bad review?
